Bourjos tweaked the thumb on Sunday afternoon against the Pirates while trying to break up a double play. He is considered day-to-day. "It's pretty sore," the 26-year-old outfielder told reporters. "I jammed it pretty good."

He's stolen three bases in those 10 games, assuaging doubt that a lingering malady would slow him down. Bourjos has put up a dynamite .345/.392/.479 line with three homers and four stolen bases in 32 games.

Peter Bourjos (hamstring) has begun to progress in his recovery from a strained left hamstring, as he's been hitting early batting practice and has begun light jogging.
Bourjos is increasing the pace of his workouts daily. He's likely to need a few minor league rehab games before returning to the Angels' lineup, but it looks likely that he'll return in early June. Hamstring injuries can tend to linger and pose a high re-injury risk however, so play it cautiously when re-inserting the speedy outfielder into your fantasy lineups.
