Lee (illness) is considered questionable for Friday's game against the Celtics, Rob Fischer of Sports 56 WHBQ in Memphis reports.
Lee was one of five Grizzlies to miss Wednesday's game against the Raptors due to a stomach virus. That opened the door for rookie Jordan Adams to play 17 minutes off the bench, and Adams could again see increased minutes if Lee is unable to go.
Wed Nov 19 201418:42Courtney Lee: (Illness) Out Wednesday
Lee (illness) has been ruled out Wednesday, CBS Sports' James Herbert reports.
One third of the Grizzlies' roster is out with this stomach virus, meaning Mike Conley and Vince Carter will see almost all of the action out on the perimeter. Consider Lee day-to-day.
Wed Nov 19 201413:29Lee (illness) questionable for Wednesday's game
Lee (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's game, Sports 56 WHBQ's Rob Fischer reports.
A stomach virus is spreading through the Grizzlies' locker room, and Tony Allen and Beno Udrih are also questionable Wednesday, meaning Mike Conley, Vince Carter and Quincy Pondexter could see most of the minutes in the backcourt and on the wing.

Lee recorded 15 points (6-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 30 minutes during the Grizzlies' 119-93 win versus the Rockets on Monday.
Lee returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench behind Tayshaun Prince the previous two games versus the Pistons and Kings. It's possible that coach Dave Joerger looked to Prince in those matchups due to the length of the opponents with Josh Smith and Rudy Gay at small forward. Reports also surfaced that Prince would start Monday's game versus the Rockets, but Prince instead the veteran received yet another DNP-CD. Lee is shooting an unsustainable field-goal percentage, but his consistent minutes and production make him worth a look in most formats.
Thu Nov 13 201423:29Lee came played 36 minutes against Sacramento Kings on Thursday
Lee came played 36 minutes against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday. He recorded a line of 16 points (6-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound, three assists, three steals, one block, and one turnover.
Lee was the star of the game in this contest, tipping the ball in with 0.3 seconds left in the game to deliver his team a 111-110 win. He is a bench player for Memphis that plays starter type minutes. 3-point shooting his his specialty, but he doesn't do much else, making him more valuable in rotisserie leagues.

Lee posted 22 points (9-14 FG, 4-5 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in 39 minutes during the Grizzlies' 102-91 win versus the Suns on Wednesday.
Making his return from a two-game absence with a concussion, Lee was extremely efficient and aggressive on Wednesday. He is averaging 16.0 points (60.0 FG, 70.0 3Pt, 100.0 FT), 2.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.7 blocks in 30 minutes per game during his three games. However, if he hadn't suffered a concussion in the first half of last Friday night's game versus the Pacers, during which he had 12 points, four rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes, those averages would likely be a bit beefier. Vince Carter (ankle) is still not 100 percent healthy, Jordan Adams has yet to see playing time, and Lee's shooting percentages are more than likely to drop, but if Lee is going to play 30 minutes or more per game on a consistent basis he has a very solid shot to maintain decent value in most leagues. Tayshaun Prince, who started in Lee's absence, received his second DNP-Coach's Decision of the season on Wednesday.
Tue Nov 4 201415:05Lee (concussion) expected to play Wednesday against Suns
Lee (concussion) is expected to play Wednesday against the Suns, Ronald Tillery of the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Lee missed the last two games with a concussion, but all signs point to him returning to the court Wednesday, barring a setback. He'll also step back into the starting lineup, which should push Tayshaun Prince back into reserve duty.
Mon Nov 3 201419:08Lee (concussion) won't suit up Monday against Pelicans
Lee (concussion) won't suit up Monday against the Pelicans, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Lee sustained a mild concussion last Friday, forcing two DNPs in a row. One positive sign was his presence at morning shootaround, meaning a return to action could be nigh. Alas, Tony Allen is getting the nod at shooting guard, with Vince Carter poised to take on more run on the wing. In the meantime, though, consider Lee questionable in advance of the Grizzlies' next tilt Wednesday in Phoenix.

Lee suffered a mild concussion in Friday's game against the Pacers and will not return, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Lee was helped off the court and went straight to the locker room after taking a knee to the head. His diagnosis of a minor concussion will cause him to miss the remainder of Friday's game and makes him an unlikely candidate to play in Saturday's contest as well.

Lee started the game for the Grizzlies on Wednesday despite an ankle injury that hindered him in the preseason.

Lee (ankle) will play in Friday's preseason game against the Heat, 3 Shades of Blue reports.
Lee has been dealing with a minor ankle injury over the past few days but will be able to give it a go for the final preseason game of the year Friday. Considering that he's already back on the court, Lee will likely be available for the regular season opener against the Timberwolves on Wednesday.

Lee is dealing with a minor ankle injury and will sit out Wednesday's preseason game, the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Chris Haynes reports.
This is the first we've heard of an injury with Lee, but it was reported earlier in the week that he would be the team's starting shooting guard this season, so it seems likely that he'll be ready to go for the start of the regular season.
Tue Oct 21 201412:50Lee will start on wing for Grizzlies this season
Lee will start on the wing for the Grizzlies this season, 92.9 ESPN in Memphis reports.
Lee started all but two of his games with the Grizzlies last season, and will open the 2014-15 campaign in the starting lineup alongside Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph, Tony Allen and Mike Conley. Lee and Allen will essentially be interchangeable on the wing, though Lee will likely draw the small forward designation. With Lee in the starting five, Tayshaun Prince, Quincy Pondexter and Vince Carter will be the primary wing backups.
Mon Apr 21 201423:20Courtney Lee plays through minor injuries
Courtney Lee tweaked his left ankle and right thumb during Monday's game vs. the Thunder, but he kept playing to finish with 16 points, three rebounds and one assist in 42 minutes.
The Grizzlies have minimal depth and even less reliable perimeter shooting, so they're fortunate that Lee's injury wasn't more serious. Equally important was backup PG Beno Udrih chipping in 14 points in 14 minutes off the bench in place of Nick Calathes, who is serving a 20-game suspension.

Tue Apr 1 201402:14Lee out of the abyss for 19 points vs. DEN
Courtney Lee climbed out of the abyss in Monday's win, scoring 19 points on 6-of-12 shooting (including three treys) with seven rebounds and three assists in 34 minutes.
Lee did not have a steal or block but this could be a sign that he's ready to be productive again. We're not ready to sign off on anything but a speculative add in 14-team leagues at this point, but if he can do it again we'll slowly raise the bar there.

Thu Mar 27 201402:00Courtney Lee fails to score...again
Courtney Lee started at shooting guard again on Wednesday but missed both his shots and failed to score in 19 minutes.
He didn't score on Monday, either, and had just four points on Saturday. We have no idea what his problem is, but he is not worth owning right now.

Tue Mar 25 201400:54Lee hits rock bottom in win over Wolves
Courtney Lee hit rock bottom in Monday's win over the Wolves, missing his only field goal attempt to finish with zero points, two boards and three assists in 21 minutes.
Lee has been trending down for some time and if you haven't dropped him in a deep league here is your sign.

Sat Mar 22 201422:50Courtney Lee quiet in win over Pacers
Courtney Lee hit just 2-of-3 shots and zero 3-pointers for four points, two rebounds and zero assists in Saturday's win.
He played 25 minutes, but never got it going against Indiana's defense. A timeshare with Tony Allen isn't helping either, as Allen had seven points in 24 minutes tonight. Lee should be better than this on most nights, but is no longer a must-start player due to the timeshare with Allen.
