Olynyk took full advantage of a terrible Philadelphia squad to have his best game of the season. He continues to take fantasy owners on a rollercoaster ride as he has scored at least 19 points in two of his last six games, but has scored eight points or less in three of those other games.

Olynyk is clearly in a funk right now and has been struggling to return to the form he played at earlier in the season. He played more minutes tonight, than Friday's game against Chicago, but he found himself in foul trouble, which limited his production. While Olynyk is a player that has upside, owners shouldn't feel too pressured if there's a hot free agent on the waiver wire who can provide production.

Olynyk had rough day Friday, playing in just 19 minutes against the Bulls and scoring four points, making just one of his eight shots.

This is the second game in a row that Olynyk has really struggled. Sunday, he played 27 minutes against the Trail Blazers and failed to score a single point, missing all three of the shots he attempted. The limitations on Friday could certainly have been a reaction to that, considering the game was close the entire time. Tyler Zeller came of the bench for 17 minutes, and Brandon Bass had 16 points in 27 minutes of play.

Olynyk had another rough night, as he couldn't get much going against Portland's experienced front court. He finished with zero points, eight rebounds, one assist, and two steals in 27 minutes.

Olynyk has really hit a tough stretch these past few games and has been seeing less on-court time as a result. You have to wonder if, as a player, he's not getting the kind of confidence he needs by being pulled so frequently. However, Coach Stevens definitely sees Olynyk as a versatile piece that can help his offense. For now, he still holds a lot of value with no one in line to challenge him. However, maybe consider Olynyk as a matchup based player until he gets out of this funk.
