As expected, MCW saw a huge workload and a spike in his production with Tony Wroten (knee) out of action and no real point guard depth behind him on the Sixers' roster. There's no real timetable yet for Wroten's return but the injury doesn't seem to be a serious one, so Carter-Williams' owners should enjoy the big numbers while they can.

Hopefully, if you own MCW, you are punting field goal percentage, because today's outing brutalized that category for you. A great stat stuffer, Carter-Williams is a very poor shooter and unfortunately, these sort of performances aren't going to be all that uncommon. He will shoot better than 10 percent, so keep your chin up and wait for a bounce back.

As usual, Carter-Williams' percentages were a killer and the lack of defensive stats were a little disappointing, but the reigning Rookie of the Year is racking up the stats this season. Carter-Williams has been rusty so far this season, and he's struggled to find his game playing next to another ball-dominant guard in Tony Wroten. However, Wroten missed Saturday's game with a sprained knee and will be out for at least a week. As soon as Wroten moved out of the lineup, MCW was put in position to be the primary ball handler, and he showed last season that performances like these are why he's so valuable in head-to-head leagues.

Carter-Williams had been playing a starter's complement of minutes off the bench in his first three games of the season. Now, he is a starter in both name and minutes. The second-year guard will be a nice source of points, rebounds, assists, and steals, but his percentages may be problematic.
