If Jimmy Paredes eventually flops as the Orioles' regular DH, Joseph could enter the picture for at-bats at that lineup spot.

While Joseph is hitting an impressive .333 on the season he also has a .414 BABIP, so regression is coming. However, walk and strikeout rates stabilize fairly quickly, and Joseph is walking at a 14.9 percent clip while striking out less than 20 percent of the time. This makes him quite useful in OBP leagues.
