Tillman is still expected to make his scheduled start Monday despite being hit in on the right triceps in his last start, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
There wasn't really any indication to this point suggesting he would miss his start, so it seems likely that he'll take the mound Monday as scheduled. However, it's worth monitoring his situation over the next couple days to ensure nothing more comes up.

Tillman lasted just 2.1 innings in a no decision Tuesday against Seattle, as he allowed five runs on eight hits over two innings. He struck out two and didn't walk a batter.
Tillman had been dealing with an ankle sprain since the end of July, and he also took a line drive off his pitching arm in the first inning. There was no indication either injury was nagging him throughout this start, but nothing he showed was encouraging, as he served up a pair of home runs. His ERA jumped from 4.01 to 4.66 as a result.
Tue Aug 11 201517:54Tillman will start Tuesday's game against Mariners on Tuesday
Tillman will start Tuesday's game against the Mariners on Tuesday, Eddie Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Tillman has been battling an ankle sprain for the better part of the last two weeks, which has caused the team to push back several scheduled starts. After throwing a bullpen session over the weekend, he's been cleared to take the hill Tuesday, and he'll do it against a Seattle lineup that holds the worst cumulative batting average in the AL.
Sat Aug 8 201518:44Tillman (ankle) now scheduled to start Tuesday against Mariners
Tillman (ankle) is now scheduled to start Tuesday against the Mariners, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
The Orioles were said to be eyeing a Sunday or Monday return for Tillman, but they will push the right-hander back yet again and instead go with Wei-Yin Chen in the series opener against Seattle. Tillman has missed his last two starts due to a left ankle sprain.
Sat Aug 8 201516:44Chris Tillman: (Ankle) Will Start Tuesday
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman is scheduled to start Tuesday against the Seattle Mariners after missing his last two outings because of a left ankle sprain, according to MASN Sports.
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman is scheduled to start Tuesday against the Seattle Mariners after missing his last two outings because of a left ankle sprain, according to MASN Sports. Tillman was originally set to return to the mound Sunday or Monday, but the Orioles wanted to give the ankle as much time as necessary to heal. He suffered the injury in the ninth inning of his last start against the Atlanta Braves. "I would like to get in as soon as possible," Tillman told the Baltimore Sun on Saturday. "These guys have been picking me up. I would like to get in there and do my job, do my part." The right-handed Tillman struggled most of the season before posting a 1.31 earned-run average in five July starts. The Orioles are in third place in the American League East at 55-53.

Tillman (ankle) is slated to throw another bullpen session Friday and will make his next start Sunday or Monday barring a setback, Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Tillman told reporters that his bullpen session Wednesday went well and that he's scheduled to throw again Friday. Provided that his ankle holds up, Tillman will likely be back on the mound Sunday against the Angels or Monday against the Mariners.
Wed Aug 5 201517:48Chris Tillman: (Ankle) Start Pushed Back
Tillman (ankle) will not start Friday, with Sunday being the earliest possible return date.
The Orioles continue to bring along Tillman slowly as they attempt to avoid any possible setbacks. He threw a bullpen session Wednesday as well, and is expected to work another day this week before he rejoins the rotation. While it's possible he'll start Sunday, a start Tuesday is also under consideration.
Wed Aug 5 201515:48Chris Tillman: (Ankle) Start Pushed Back
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman's next start will come on Sunday at the earliest because of an ankle injury, according to the team's official website.
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman's next start will come on Sunday at the earliest because of an ankle injury, according to the team's official website. Tillman was initially scheduled to pitch on Friday, but he will be pushed back in the rotation a couple of days to allow his sprained ankle extra time to heal.
Sun Aug 2 201512:24Tillman (ankle) expected to start Friday against Angels
Tillman (ankle) is expected to start Friday against the Angels, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
Tillman is dealing with an ankle sprain, and although he's not expected to make his regularly scheduled start Monday, it sounds as if he'll return to the rotation in short order. A setback is always a possibility, but for now, look for Tillman to take the hill against Andrew Heaney and the Halos.
Sat Aug 1 201516:55Tillman (ankle) not expected to start Monday against Athletics
Tillman (ankle) is not expected to start Monday against the Athletics, Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports.
The Orioles have yet to announce a potential replacement for Tillman and there's not an obvious alternative option for manager Buck Showalter to select. Additionally, Tillman is not suspected to move to the disabled list but rather isn't quite ready to take the mound after coming off a sprained left ankle as he'll simply delay his start for an unspecified amount of time.
Fri Jul 31 201515:31Tillman dealing with left ankle sprain
Tillman is dealing with a left ankle sprain, and it's unclear whether of not he will start Monday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
Tillman's ankle injury likely occurred in his start Thursday, so the improvement over the next few days should be a large determining factor in his availability Monday. If he's unable to go, the Orioles would likely either turn to a minor league starter or make a bullpen start out of it.

Tillman (8-7) just missed a complete-game shutout Wednesday, scattering four hits over 8.2 hyper-efficient innings against Atlanta. He struck out only two, but required only 95 pitches.
Tillman was a groundball machine in this one, getting 16 batters to pound the ball into the dirt for outs. He's been just spectacular since finding himself in his final start of June -- over his last six starts, Tillman's gone 3-0 with a spectacular 1.09 ERA and 30 strikeouts against just six walks in 43.1 innings. The 27-year-old righty will look to keep the good times alive Monday against Oakland.

Tillman was impressive again Friday night, allowing just one run on two hits, walking three and striking out four over seven-plus innings, but came away with a no-decision as the Orioles fell 3-1 to Tampa Bay.
Since being rocked for six runs in just 1.1 innings by Toronto on June 22nd, Tillman has made a major turnaround. His ERA has dropped from 6.22 to 4.71 and he has strung together five consecutive quality starts. It's certainly encouraging, but we've seen stretches like this before. When Tillman can throw his secondary pitches with confidence like he is right now, he can be extremely effective. The Orioles and his fantasy owners hope it lasts.

Tillman tossed eight shutout innings, allowing just one hit and one walk with eight strikeouts in eight innings against the Tigers Saturday.
Tillman bested David Price, has gone 5-0 since June 5 and has three quality starts in his last four games. His ratios are on the way down, as his ERA is now below 5.00 for the first time since his second start of the season. Tillman has walked just three hitters in his last five starts.

Tillman allowed two runs on eight hits, walking one and striking out six over six innings, but came away with a no-decision against Washington on Friday night.
While he has pitched better recently, Tillman and his 5.40 ERA continues to be too hittable, and not very efficient (he needed 107 pitches, 71 for strikes to cover six innings). He remains a risky play in fantasy leagues until he shows some consistency in keeping runners off base.

Tillman allowed two runs on 10 hits with one walk and four strikeouts, but did not figure in the decision in Saturday's loss to the White Sox.
Tillman tossed seven shutout innings his last time out, but that start appears to be an aberration on what has been a forgettable season. The good news is that Tillman did not allow a lot of runs and he now has just one walk in his last 13 innings, but he has been very hittable in that same span. There is just no way to trust Tillman if his starts can be avoided right now.

Tillman was excellent against the Indians on Sunday, allowing just four hits with six strikeouts across seven shutout innings en route to his sixth win of the season.
It was a great bounce-back performance for the 27-year-old after he was rocked in his last start and he threw 70 of his 110 pitches for strikes on the day. Tillman's inconsistency this season is evident in his 5.67 ERA and he will look to build on this strong outing in his next scheduled start Friday against the struggling White Sox.

Tillman won't make his scheduled start Saturday after the Orioles-Indians matchup was postponed, Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports.
With the Orioles and Indians set to play a double-header on Sunday, Tillman will likely take the mound for one of those contests. He was already set to pitch on extended rest Saturday, having last pitched on Sunday.
Tue Jun 23 201517:57Tillman will make next start Saturday
Tillman will make his next start Saturday, Brittany Ghiroli of MLB.com reports.
Tillman, who last started Sunday, will get an extra day of rest and take the hill Saturday for the second game of a three-game set against the Indians.

Tillman got shelled on Sunday as he gave up six earned runs on six hits while striking out just one batter over just 1.1 innings pitched against Toronto.
Tillman only recorded four outs in an ugly outing on Sunday. He's been very ineffective up to this point and holds an awful ERA of 6.22. Tillman doesn't possess a whole lot of value in the fantasy world at this time, and we wouldn't recommend owning him with the recent track record.
