Miles (calf) has a chance of returning for Wednesday's game.

Miles left Friday's game against the Nuggets with a right calf injury and is questionable to return.
Miles was cleared to come off the bench Friday after missing the previous four games with severe migraines, but it didn't take long for him to succumb to another injury. The Pacers should have an update on his status after halftime. Prior to exiting, Miles went 0-for-2 from the field but sank both of his free-throw attempts in his four minutes of action.

Miles (migraine) will not play Saturday.
This will be the second-straight game that Miles has had to miss with a migraine. The positive news is that he was able to take part in warmups, but the arena lights ended up being too agitating for Miles to deal with. He should be considered day-to-day heading into Monday's game against the Jazz.

Miles (migraine) will not play Friday against the Celtics.
Miles is dealing with a severe migraine and won't be able to play Friday. He was going to be coming off the bench, as Chris Copeland was taking over his spot in the starting lineup. This probably won't be a long term injury for Miles, and he'll be day-to-day following this injury.
Fri Nov 7 201412:55Miles will move to bench for Friday's game against Celtics
Miles will move to the bench for Friday's game against the Celtics, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Miles has been shooting a lowly 25 percent from the field this season and will give way to Chris Copeland who has been exceeding expectations off the bench. Unless Copeland falters in his new role as a starter, Miles will be limited off the bench moving forward.

Miles had 13 points (5-12 FG, 1-5 3 Pt, 2-2 FT), four assists, three rebounds, a steal and a block over 32 minutes in Friday's loss to the Grizzlies.
Miles earned the Pacers' starting shooting guard spot during training camp, and has certainly been playing starter minutes, seeing 33 and 32 minutes over the team's first two contests, respectively. He's shooting only 38 percent from the field over the first two games, but with little competition behind him on the bench, the 27-year-old is a relatively safe bet to remain in the starting lineup moving forward.

Miles (calf) has opened training camp as the Pacers' starting small forward, Scott Agness of Vigilant Sports reports.
Miles has been dealing with a right calf strain to begin his Pacers career, but has been able to participate in the majority of practice activities thus far. In fact, Miles has been occupying Indiana's starting small forward position, with fellow offseason signing Rodney Sticky playing shooting guard. Since star Paul George (leg) expected to miss the entire season and second-year player Solomon Hill is still developing, Miles represents the Pacers' most experienced option to start in Paul's vacated position. In 51 games (34 starts) for the Cavs last season, Miles averaged 9.9 points and shot 39 percent on three-pointers in 19.3 minutes per game.
Tue Sep 30 201423:27Miles dealing with minor undisclosed injury
Miles is dealing with a minor undisclosed injury, but is expected to begin the season as the Pacers' starting small forward, Pacers.com's Mark Montieth reports.
Solomon Hill ran with the ones Tuesday, but the fact that Miles could hold the starting job all season means he has to be on the radar of fantasy owners. Hill probably has more upside, but minutes are just as important as talent, and right now the playing time situation appears to favor the veteran, Miles.
Wed Aug 13 201414:20Miles has realistic chance to start for Pacers in 2014-15
Miles has a realistic chance to start for the Pacers in 2014-15, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Miles would have been a bench player had Lance Stephenson opted to stick with the Pacers for the coming season, but when Stephenson elected to sign with the Hornets, a starting role suddenly opened up. Although coach Frank Vogel hasn't yet disclosed what he has in mind for a starting lineup, Miles seems to be the favorite to start at the guard spot opposite George Hill. This wouldn't have been as significant prior to the Paul George season-ending injury, but now that George is out of the mix, Miles -- who averaged 9.9 points with the Cavaliers last season -- should get his chance to contribute more frequently on the offensive end. He'll still have to prove himself to his new coaches and teammates, but with Indiana down two key contributors from 2013-14, the path is much clearer for Miles to claim that starting spot.

Wed Jul 2 201410:45Cavaliers 'lukewarm' about keeping C.J. Miles
The Cavaliers are reportedly "lukewarm" about trying to re-sign swingman C.J. Miles.
Miles is a steady nine-year veteran who shot just under 40 percent beyond the arc last season, but he also struggled with injuries and the Cavs may be ready to part ways with Jarrett Jack, Dion Waiters, Alonzo Gee and Sergey Karasev all under contract. The Pacers have already met with Miles and are reportedly offering him a chunk of their mid-level exception, somewhere just north of $2 million per season.
