Craig Breslow picked up a cheap save on Wednesday night with Andrew Bailey nursing a back injury.

Bailey is only day-to-day and Breslow isn't even a real vulture candidate. Michael Wuertz, who is next in line behind Bailey, started the ninth inning before the southpaw was brought in to face lefty Josh Hamilton.
