Chicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada went 0-for-3 in Cactus League action on Sunday, as he continues to struggle this spring. Moncada has just four hits through 30 at-bats this spring and is yet to homer while sporting a measly .289 OPS. Fantasy managers shouldn't put too much stock into the slow spring due to the small sample size. The 26-year-old posted a career-best strikeout rate in 2021 and should do plenty of damage as part of a loaded White Sox lineup. Moncada is a solid value in fantasy drafts at his average draft position of 147th overall.

The Chicago White Sox are giving Tim Anderson, Yoan Moncada and Luis Robert the day off on Wednesday. Jake Lamb is getting the start at third base, Leury Garcia is starting at shortstop and Adam Engel is in center field. It's a planned day off for Robert, who returned from the 60-day injured list on Monday. Anderson and Moncada are the more surprising omissions from Wednesday's lineup. All three players should be expected to suit up for Thursday's Field of Dreams game against the New York Yankees.
