Revere said he is still dealing with pain in his surgically repaired right ankle, the Phillies' official site reports.
Revere broke the ankle last July after fouling a ball of his foot. He said the pain is uncomfortable, but that he can play through it. Revere will have screws removed from his ankle in the offseason which should alleviate the pain.

Revere is still trying to get all the swelling out of his left knee, which he injured when he banged into the outfield wall. He's made a couple pinch-hitting appearances and hopes to be back in the lineup soon. "It is hard to get flexibility in that knee," he said. "It really takes away from my speed game, and we are trying to get all the fluid out of my knee so I can feel comfortable out on the field."

Ben Revere missed a second straight start Wednesday due to a sore left knee.
Revere banged the knee into the outfield wall during Monday's game. He hoping to be back in the lineup Thursday but could wind up sitting out another day. "We're trying to get all the swelling out of there," Revere said Wednesday. "It would have been hard to play (Tuesday) night. I could probably pinch-hit today. It looks a lot better today than it did yesterday."
