Tue Jan 28 201413:35Zaza Pachulia (foot) does 5-on-5 drills Tues.
Zaza Pachulia (foot) participated in 5-on-5 drills during Tuesday's practice.
The Bucks' center hasn't played since Dec. 4 but it sounds like he's nearing a return. Although Milwaukee will be thrilled to get him back in the lineup, he'll do no favors for fantasy owners already frustrated by the Bucks' ever-changing rotations.

Mon Dec 9 201315:33Zaza won't need surgery to foot fracture
Updating a previous item, Zaza Pachulia will not require surgery on his fractured right foot.
He has a fracture to the calcaneus bone, which is the most posterior bone in his foot. Pachulia will be out for four weeks and the team will re-evaluate him, so he could be out even beyond that four-week timetable. John Henson will continue to log most of the minutes at center and should be in all lineups. There has not been much of an update on Larry Sanders, but he could be back at some point this month based on his initial prognosis last month.

Mon Dec 9 201313:24Zaza Pachulia diagnosed w/ fractured foot
Zaza Pachulia has been diagnosed with a fractured foot and he will miss a minimum of four weeks.
The Bucks' offseason acquisition has been banged up all year and won't be ready to play until well into the New Year, as Milwaukee will reexamine his foot in mid-January. John Henson's stock gets a nice bump with this news, while Ekpe Udoh and Ersan Ilyasova should also have more breathing room. The uncertain status of Larry Sanders (thumb) looms over the Bucks' entire frontcourt, but until we have an update Henson belongs in all active fantasy lineups.

Sun Dec 8 201300:43Zaza Pachulia in a walking boot on Saturday
Zaza Pachulia (foot) was in a walking boot during Saturday's game against the Nets.
He's missed two games with his foot injury and the news keeps getting worse for Zaza. Coach Larry Drew finally admitted that Zaza was playing a little banged up, which is a surprise considering how quiet the Bucks are with news about their players. Pachulia owners should probably be looking to cut him for a player with any sort of promise while John Henson should be owned in all leagues.

Sat Dec 7 201318:57Zaza Pachulia (foot) out again on Saturday
Zaza Pachulia (foot) will sit out again on Saturday, giving John Henson another start at center.
Pachulia has been banged up all season and even when he was playing he barely offered fantasy appeal.

Fri Dec 6 201311:36Zaza Pachulia (foot) out Friday vs. Wizards
Zaza Pachulia (foot) will not play in Friday's game vs. the Wizards.
Pachulia wasn't really worth owning outside of very deep leagues prior to this news, and this will cut the Bucks rotation down to just 10-guys. This perhaps will trickle down some additional minutes to Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is a guy that can give you across the board production in 3's, rebounds, and blocks.

Sun Dec 1 201300:37Zaza Pachulia struggles in 22 minutes
Zaza Pachulia came off the bench on Saturday for 22 minutes, shooting 0-of-4 from the field for two points, five boards, three assists and one block.
Coach Larry Drew admitted before the game that Zaza is a little banged up and not completely over his summer foot surgery. The Bucks were a much better team tonight and were able to up their record to 3-13. Pachulia owners should be looking elsewhere in most leagues due to another sign of trouble.

Thu Nov 21 201302:59Zaza Pachulia goes for 11 & 8 in loss
Zaza Pachulia, who was a game-time decision yet again for the Bucks with an illness, started at center and had 11 points, eight boards, a steal and a block on 4-of-10 shooting in Wednesday's loss to the Blazers.
Pachulia has had trouble staying healthy since Larry Sanders went down, but played well tonight and could be ready for a nice run if he's in uniform.

Wed Nov 20 201319:57Zaza Pachulia is in the lineup for Wednesday
Zaza Pachulia (flu) is starting for the Bucks on Wednesday.
He was a game-time call for the Bucks and they might be able to take it easier on him with Ersan Ilaysova back in the lineup. John Henson hasn't played too much center, but that could be something to watch tonight.

Wed Nov 20 201310:50Zaza Pachulia (flu) game-time on Wednesday
Zaza Pachulia (flu) will be a game-time decision on Wednesday.
The big man just returned from a foot injury on Saturday, and this is the last thing the Bucks need with Larry Sanders (thumb) out of the lineup and Ersan Ilyasova (ankle) just returning from a prolonged absence. If Pachulia can't suit up, Ekpe Udoh and John Henson will have to hold down the C spot.

Sun Nov 17 201300:54Zaza Pachulia goes for 7 & 13 in loss
Zaza Pachulia played through a foot injury and started for the Bucks on Saturday, hitting just 3-of-13 shots for seven points, 13 rebounds and two steals in a loss to the Thunder.
The Bucks are a mess right now, from a coaching standpoint, and injury standpoint, and an overall talent standpoint, but were actually in this game for much of the night. Pachulia was nearly an impossible fantasy start tonight due to the fact he was a game-time decision, but if he can stay healthy he could go on a tear with Larry Sanders out indefinitely.

Sat Nov 16 201318:58Zaza Pachulia a game-time decision
Zaza Pachulia is a game-time decision for Saturday with a lingering foot injury.
Even if Pachulia plays he's not reliable enough to be an automatic fantasy start. He did have 11 boards on Friday, but hit just 2-of-14 shots. If he's out, it should mean more goodies for John Henson.

Fri Nov 15 201321:59Zaza Pachulia gets schooled in return
Zaza Pachulia didn't have a pleasant return to the lineup on Friday, shooting 2-of-14 from the field for four points with 11 boards and one assist in 25 minutes against the Pacers.
Roy Hibbert blocked him a couple times in the first five minutes of the game and he was just over-matched. It's good news that he was able to play 25 minutes in his first game back an the 11 boards aren't too shabby either. Pachulia may have trouble staying healthy coming off an Achilles issue that forced him out of almost all of training camp, so those that own him may want to consider the possible upcoming maintenance days.

Fri Nov 15 201318:41Zaza, Ridnour and Neal expected to play
Zaza Pachulia (foot), Gary Neal and Luke Ridnour are all expected to play against the Pacers on Friday.
This is the latest update from the team and some beat writers had this trio expected to play earlier this morning. The Bucks need Zaza Pachulia badly in their frontcourt and he's going to have his hands full against Roy Hibbert.

Fri Nov 15 201312:29Pachulia, Neal will try to play for Bucks
Zaza Pachulia (foot) and Gary Neal (foot) are both expected to be available for the Bucks tonight.
It sounds like they'll both come off the bench and if all three play, the Bucks might have as many as 10 players available against the Pacers tonight.

Fri Nov 15 201310:17Pachulia, Neal, Knight all iffy for Bucks
Bucks Zaza Pachulia (sore right foot), Gary Neal (sore left foot) and Brandon Knight (sore right hamstring) are questionable for Friday's game against the Pacers.
If those three are out the Bucks will only have seven players available, as Caron Butler (shoulder), Larry Sanders (thumb) and Ersan Ilyasova (ankle) have all been ruled out, while Luke Ridnour (back) is doubtful. And that means that all the starters for tonight's game all have a solid short-term outlook. Nate Wolters, O.J. Mayo, Khris Middleton, John Henson and Ekpe Udoh are listed as the probable starters against the league's only undefeated team. Good luck with that one.

Wed Nov 13 201318:48Pachulia, Knight, Neal all out Wednesday
Zaza Pachulia (foot), Brandon Knight (hamstring) and Gary Neal (foot) are all out against the Magic on Wednesday.
The Bucks are going to be very shorthanded with Ersan Ilyasova also out. They'll start Ekpe Udoh at center to go with Nate Wolters, O.J. Mayo, Caron Butler and Khris Middleton. For whatever reason, coach Larry Drew doesn't want to put John Henson in the starting lineup, but that's fine and he should have a nice line off the bench. Pachulia can be considered questionable for Friday's game against the Pacers.

Wed Nov 13 201317:46Pachulia, Knight are game-time decisions
Zaza Pachulia (foot) and Brandon Knight (hamstring) are game-time decisions for Wednesday's game against the Magic.
The Bucks played Zaza just 18 minutes in Tuesday's game. That may have been due to a blowout at the hands of the Heat, but he did miss Monday's practice. Pachulia looked slow in the loss and the Hawks playing him 39.5 minutes per game prior to Monday may be coming back to bite them. Stay tuned.

Tue Nov 12 201322:05Zaza Pachulia invisible in start for Bucks
Zaza Pachulia started at center for the Bucks on Tuesday, but lasted just 18 minutes, hit 1-of-4 shots and finished with three points and five rebounds.
Bucks coach Larry Drew went with a small lineup tonight and it would have made more sense to bring Pachulia off the bench and start John Henson at center. The bottom line here is that the Heat ran over the Bucks, who were completely overmatched and dominated, and the Bucks played their young guys early and often. Pachulia is going to have some nice games for the Bucks while Larry Sanders is out, but in blowouts, he'll be one of the first guys to sit down. And with this team, there could be a lot of blowouts coming.

Mon Nov 11 201316:04Zaza Pachulia doesn't practice Monday
Zaza Pachulia did not practice on Monday.
There is no word given as to why he sat out, but an educated guess is due to a sore Achilles. Pachulia missed almost all of training camp with his Achilles injury and he played 38 and 41 minutes in his last two games. The Bucks need him to be healthy with Larry Sanders possibly out on Tuesday against Miami. We'll update you once the details for his inactivity emerge.
