Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Allen and his family were "wiped out" by a stomach bug and that Allen did not travel with the team to Detroit. Spoelstra added that Allen is "not likely" for Saturday's game against Milwaukee so his fantasy owners should be prepared to be without the sharpshooter all weekend. With Dwyane Wade already a game-time decision for Friday, Toney Douglas could make for a sneaky play against the Pistons.

The low-end asset in standard leagues wore the name Shuttlesworth on the back of his jersey as a part of the Heat's nickname promotion, which was different and fun (but it wasn't that fun).
