Kidd-Gilchrist continued to Shine Sunday against the Magic, posting his third straight double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds. He added two assists and one steal in 39 minutes of action.
Kidd-Gilchrist is averaging 15.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 1.0 steals over the last five games, and it's a wonder that he's been keeping this up for so long. Owners can continue to ride him in the meantime, as Charlotte has a legendary playoffs schedule and Kidd-Gilchrist continues to produce while healthy.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored a team-high 18 points (7-12 FG, 4-6 FT) with 12 rebounds and a steal in 42 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Bulls.
MKG's looked very good since returning to the lineup from a minor hamstring issue, averaging 17.7 points on 56.4% field goal shooting with 7.3 boards in three games. Perhaps not coincidentally, that's when Mo Williams began filling in for Kemba Walker (knee) as the Hornets' point guard. Walker is out of action until at least mid-March, so Kidd-Gilchrist could have some surprising short-term value in the meantime.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored a season-high 20 points (8-14 FG, 4-4 FT) with four rebounds and three steals in 29 minutes Saturday.
After missing the last two games due to a hamstring issue, Kidd-Gilchrist returned to the starting lineup and posted an unexpectedly explosive offensive performance. He has now scored in double-digits in seven of his past eight games, but his inability to contribute in categories outside of rebounds and field goal percentage limits his usefulness in standard leagues. For the season, he is averaging just 10.5 points, so the 20 points scored Saturday is the exception, not the rule.

Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) will start Saturday's game against Oklahoma City.
As expected, Kidd-Gilchrist will play in a game for the first time since Feb. 7. His return could lead to a decrease in minutes for any of Jeff Taylor, Gerald Henderson, Lance Stephenson, Gary Neal and P.J. Hairston. Recent trade acquisition Mo Williams also figures to have a spot in the rotation.

Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) is on track to play Saturday against the Thunder.
Kidd-Gilchrist put in a full practice Thursday and said he feels great and is no longer dealing with pain in his strained hamstring. Barring a setback Friday, he'll be good to go Saturday and will likely return to the starting lineup at small forward.

Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) has a chance to play Saturday against the Thunder, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.
Kidd-Gilchrist strained his right hamstring against the Sixers on Feb. 7 and missed the final two games before the All-Star break. He remained limited in Wednesday's practice, but with the Hornets off until Saturday, there's a chance he could be ready to play. If that's not the case, he could return Sunday in Dallas or Wednesday in Chicago.
Sat Feb 7 201522:43Michael Kidd-Gilchrist: (Hamstring) Will Sit Two Weeks
Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) is expected to miss the next two games before the All-Star break, the Charlotte Observer reports.
Kidd-Gilchrist strained his right hamstring during Saturday's game against the Sixers and it appears that the Hornets will err on the side of caution by putting the 21-year-old on the shelf for the time being. His next opportunity to take the court will be against the Thunder on Feb. 21.

Kidd-Gilchrist (hamstring) won't return to Saturday's contest at Philadelphia.
After straining his right hamstring in the first half, Kidd-Gilchrist was initially given a questionable chance to return. However, the Hornets will opt for caution, at the very least, which will likely ensure questionable availability for Sunday's outing against the Pacers. If he fails to play, Lance Stephenson could find himself back in the starting five.

Kidd-Gilchrist is questionable to return to Saturday's game in Philadelphia due to a strained right hamstring.
Hamstring strains are not to be trifled with, which could force Kidd-Gilchrist to the sideline Sunday against the Pacers. If he takes a seat, the Hornets may shift about the starting wing to accommodate Lance Stephenson's return to the starting lineup.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored eight points (2-7 FG, 4-8 FT) with 14 rebounds, two assists and a steal in 28 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Heat.
The third-year forward can't seem to get a consistent run going, but MKG has racked up double-digit boards in six of his last 10 games, averaging 10.3 points and 10.1 rebounds over that stretch.

Kidd-Gilchrist set a career standard with 16 rebounds to go along with nine points (4-13 FG, 1-3 FT) with three assists in 36 minutes in the overtime win against the Pacers.
Kidd-Gilchrist had been limited to 14 rebounds in his two games, but had a large supply of missed shots (they combined to shoot 33.0 percent from the field) to haul in. He has hit just 37.5 percent of his field goals over his last five games.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored 10 points (4-11 FG, 2-3 FT) with 12 rebounds and three assists in 30 minutes during Thursday's win over the Raptors.
Over his last six games, MKG is averaging 12.3 points and 10.2 boards with four double-doubles. His lack of steals, blocks or threes limits his value in most leagues, but if you need a boost in rebounds Kidd-Gilchrist can give it to you without tying up a C or PF spot.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored 13 points (4-10 FG, 5-5 FT) with 12 rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in 36 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Pelicans.
That's MKG's third double-double in his last four games, and he appears to be back in his early season form. His low usage rate puts a ceiling on his fantasy value, and he won't help you much outside of his points and boards, but his minutes and production should be solid moving forward.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored six points (2-4 FG, 2-2 FT) to go along with seven rebounds and two assists in 18 minutes Monday against the Celtics.
Kidd-Gilchrist was in foul trouble Monday and didn't play much as a result. He's been on fire of late, so expect him to continue to see plenty of playing time unless he gets into foul trouble again.

Kidd-Gilchrist posted a double-double for the second straight game with 17 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 FT) and 12 rebounds in the Saturday win over Orlando. He added three assists in 36 minutes.
Kidd-Gilchrist has been aggressive offensively and has taken at least 10 shots in his last four games. He has made 46.9 percent of his field goals and averaged 13.8 points with 8.3 rebounds over that span. Kidd-Gilchrist may be a decent player to add while Al Jefferson (groin) is out.

Kidd-Gilchrist had 16 points (6-15 FG, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in 28 minutes in the loss to the Rockets on Wednesday.
Kidd-Gilchrist fell one point shy of his season high on his season mark in shot attempts. He may get a bump in offensive production while Al Jefferson (groin) is out for the next four weeks. The second pick of the 2012 draft bears watching, particularly in deeper leagues.

Kidd-Gilchrist scored 13 points (4-8 FG, 5-8 FT) with 11 rebounds, two assists and three blocks in Saturday's win against the Jazz.
Kidd-Gilchrist stuffed the stat sheet on Saturday and flashed the potential that Charlotte has been looking for since they drafted him No.2 overall in 2012. Still, he's likely the fourth option on offense most nights, and will need to earn consistent minutes and improve his jumper before becoming a reliable fantasy option. Consider him a deep league utility option for the time being.

Kidd-Gilchrist will return to the starting lineup Monday versus the Cavaliers, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.
Kidd-Gilchrist returned from a foot injury Wednesday against Boston but has come off the bench in his three games back, with coach Steve Clifford citing conditioning as the reason. After playing 28 minutes against Brooklyn on Saturday, Kidd-Gilchrist has been deemed ready to reclaim his starting spot, and he'll be tasked with guarding LeBron James. Gerald Henderson will likely return to the bench, as Lance Stephenson slides back to shooting guard.

Kidd-Gilchrist will continue coming off the bench at least through Saturday's game, as he is still working on regaining his game conditioning, the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell reports.
Coach Steve Clifford said Kidd-Gilchrist was gassed after playing 19 minutes in Wednesday's game, so for now owners should probably avoid using him in daily leagues. Look for Gerald Henderson to continue to start next to Lance Stephenson on the wing in the short term.

Kidd-Gilchrist (foot) returned to the court Wednesday, scoring nine points (3-6 FG, 3-3 FT) with six rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench.
Gerald Henderson kept his spot in the starting lineup and played 26 minutes, but MKG was able to outproduce him despite less court time. Kidd-Gilchrist could remain on the bench in the short term, but eventually he should be able to move back into the starting five.
