Jones (knee contusion) is probable for Saturday's game against the Raptors, FOX 26's Mark Berman reports.
Jones should be fine to play, and he's coming off a strong showing against the Mavericks on Friday. He put up nine points, nine boards, two assists, four blocks and a steal over 30 minutes, making just his 11th appearance of the season.

Jones (illness) returned from a two-game absence Friday. He scored nine points (3-7 FG, 3-4 FT) and added nine rebounds, two assists, one steal, and four blocks in 30 minutes against the Mavericks.
Jones made the most of his extra playing time Friday, contributing in almost every category. It's unclear who will be the odd man out in the Rockets' frontcourt when everyone is healthy, but games like this remind fantasy players of what Jones can do if given a big enough role.

Jones (illness) won't suit up Wednesday against the Clippers in Los Angeles, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones is missing back-to-back games to conclude the first half of the season after coming down with flu-like symptoms. As a result, Kostas Papanikolaou will act as the backup power forward to Donatas Motiejunas.

Jones (illness) is considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Clippers, Mark Berman of Fox 26 reports.
Jones missed Tuesday's contest with flu-like symptoms, and his status remains a question mark heading into Wednesday's game. The team should provide an update on his status at some point prior to the opening tipoff with an official designation.
Tue Feb 10 201518:50Terrence Jones: Out Tuesday With An Illness
Jones will miss Tuesday's game with flu-like symptoms, the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen reports.
Dwight Howard is also out, so Donatas Motiejunas, Josh Smith and Kostas Papanikolaou could all see a slight boost in playing time. Jones should be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Clippers.

Jones (leg) was very efficient in a win over the Bucks on Friday, scoring 10 points (5-6 FG) and finishing the game with three rebounds and three assists in 20 minutes off the bench.
Jones continues to deal with a nerve injury in his left leg, but has now appeared in five straight games. For now, owners should sit tight on picking up Jones. There's no telling when this injury could cause him to miss time again, and even though he's been playing, Jones is averaging just 6.8 points per game in his past five appearances.

Jones has lingering left leg nerve inflammation but is still considered probable to play against the Bucks on Friday, Preston Schmitt of Bucksketball reports.
Jones played through his leg injury against the Bulls on Wednesday by coming off the bench for 14 minutes. As a result, it would be surprising if he wasn't able to do the same against the Bucks.

Jones (leg) logged 14 minutes Wednesday against the Bulls, posting four points (2-5 FG), one assist, one steal, and two blocks.
Jones is now four games back from returning from a leg nerve injury. He hasn't been effective thus far, averaging just 4.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks during that span. He started the season on fire, but the arrival of Josh Smith complicates things. Jones should only be reserved for the deepest of leagues as long as he's on the bench.

Jones (leg) is considered probable for Wednesday's game versus Chicago, Jenny Dial Creech of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones has played in each of the last three games after missing nearly three months with a nerve issue in his leg. The "probable" designation is likely a precaution, and Jones should be expected to be on the court Wednesday night. In his three games back, Jones is averaging 20.0 minutes per game.

Jones had seven points (2-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds and three blocks in 20 minutes against the Celtics on Friday.
It is just his second game back from a leg injury, that has forced him to be out since Nov. 3. The Rockets are standing by their plan to play him 15-20 minutes a game for now, even while Dwight Howard is on the shelf with ankle and knee injuries. It didn't help that Donatas Motiejunas put up season highs of 26 points and 12 rebounds.

Jones put up 10 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two blocks and one assist in 21 minutes on Wednesday in his first game back from a leg injury.
Jones 21 minutes were right on par with the Rockets plan to ease him back into the rotation. They plan to play him 15-20 minutes for now. With Dwight Howard (ankle/knee) sidelined, Jones could be pressed into action a little sooner than planned. Howard's replacement Joey Dorsey only played 13 minutes on Wednesday and had zero points.
Wed Jan 28 201518:20Terrence Jones: (Leg) To Make Return Wednesday
Jones (leg) is active and will play 15-20 minutes in Wednesday's game, the Houston Chronicle's Jenny Dial Creech reports.
This will be Jones' first game action since the fourth game of the season, so he will undoubtedly be a little rusty and conditioning could be an issue, hence the minutes limit. It is now time to start picking Jones back up in deeper leagues, but it would be inadvisable to play him in daily leagues Wednesday based on his expected playing time.

Jones (leg) is considered questionable to make his return Wednesday against Dallas, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones, who has not played since the second week of the season, has been working back from nerve irritation in his leg. Last week, coach Kevin McHale said he expects Jones to play at some point this week, but whether it's Wednesday night likely won't be determined until closer to game-time. Jones started 71 games last season, but he'll likely be integrated back into the rotation slowly and will compete with Josh Smith and Kostas Papanikolaou for minutes off the bench.
Sun Jan 25 201516:22Terrence Jones: Could Return "Within A Week"
Jones (leg) will not play Sunday against the Lakers, but coach Kevin McHale said that he'll be back on the court "within a week," the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones played in the first four games of the season but has been refined to the bench for the majority of the season with a serious leg injury. If he does in fact return in the near future, he'll likely play limited minutes as he eases his way back into the swing of things. Perhaps more importantly the addition of Josh Smith will likely stymie Jones' playing time for the rest of the season, even when fully healthy.
Wed Jan 21 201516:06Jones (leg) not expected to play on team's current road trip
Jones (leg) is not expected to play on the team's current road trip, the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen reports.
The Rockets have three games remaining on the current road trip, and while Jones is traveling with the team, it sounds like the soonest he could return to action would be when the Rockets return home to face the Mavericks on Jan. 28.

Jones (leg) says he's nearing a return but is yet to return to full contact work, Jenny Dial-Creech of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones is believed to be in the final stages of his return form a nerve issue, but he's without a target return date and is still limited in practice. With the Rockets beginning a three-games-in-five nights road swing Wednesday against the Warriors, it's unlikely Jones returns to the court this week. He could potentially target the Rockets' next home game, which comes Jan. 28 versus Dallas.

Jones (leg) is approaching "the final stages of getting back on the court," the Houston Chronicle reports.
Coach Kevin McHale relayed the news Saturday, but he was unable to pin down an exact return date. After completing a three-game home stand Monday against the Pacers, the Rockets' slate includes five road tilts in six outings to end January, with the sole home date landing on Wednesday, Jan. 28, against the Mavericks. In Jones' continued absence, expect Donatas Motiejunas to hold down the fort at power forward.
Wed Dec 24 201418:54Jones (leg) able to work out on treadmill Wednesday
Jones (leg) was able to work out on a treadmill Wednesday, the Houston Chronicle reports.
The Rockets are still labeling Jones as out indefinitely will the leg injury, but his activity Wednesday at least offers some semblance of progress in his recovery. Donatas Motiejunas has been manning the starting power forward spot in Jones' absence, but that could change following Wednesday's addition of Josh Smith to the roster. Even with Smith in the fold, however, Jones still figures to reclaim his starting gig once healthy.
Mon Dec 8 201411:00Jones (leg) has improved
Jones (leg) has improved, but isn't close to returning and is still out indefinitely, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jones has a bruised nerve in his leg, an issue that has no definite timetable. The team probably won't rush him back, as nerve injuries can have a long-term effect if not healed properly. He shouldn't be counted on for any time in the near future, but the team should provide an update when he improves to the point of nearing a return.
Tue Nov 18 201411:42Jones (leg) could miss another month
Jones (leg) could miss another month, House of Houston reports.
Rockets' TV announcer Bill Worrell said on air Monday night that Jones could miss up to another month, though that report has not been confirmed. Jones hasn't played since Nov. 3 due to a bruised nerve, and the team certainly won't rush him back given the potential long-term effects of nerve injuries. At this point, he'll continue to be evaluated on a game-to-game basis, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he misses extended time.
