Jennings (leg) tweeted out "6/9months" which is likely his timetable for return, meaning that he would miss the rest of the season.

This timeline for return still has not been confirmed by the Pistons organization, although there's growing fear that he tore his Achilles against the Bucks on Saturday so the 6-9 months recovery period makes intuitive sense. Jennings was scheduled for an MRI sometime Sunday, and official news on his situation will be released in short order.

Jennings was writhing around the floor in severe pain. It was gut-wrenching to watch him clutch at the back of his leg in pain, and unfortunately, it appears Jennings' season would be over if he did indeed tear his Achilles. Most players that suffer an injury like that are never able to fully return to their past level of play. D.J. Augustin is worth a flier pick-up in all standard leagues, and Spencer Dinwiddie should be added to all watch lists.

Jennings was in a boot and on crutches leaving the arena following Saturday's game, FOXSports Wisconsin reports. There was some speculation from reporters that he may have suffered an Achilles injury. Jennings will be out for the "foreseeable future".

With Jennings down and out, D.J. Augustin is the prudent pick-up right now in all standard leagues. Jennings should be hed onto until an official diagnoses is released, which is expected to come Sunday. He left Saturday's game in considerable pain, and some of his teammates expressed their concern and support after the game. Rookie point guard Spencer Dinwiddie, the man with the greatest mustache since Magnum P.I., could also see a big enough increase in minutes that he could become relevant in deeper leagues.

It seems highly unlikely that Jennings will be ready to play.

Jennings finished with 24 points (10-21 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT) and 21 assists during Wednesday's victory over the Orlando Magic.

While it looked as if Jennings may have started to cool off over the past two games, he took off again Wednesday with a monster double-double. The 21 assists were a new season-high for him, nearly doubling his previous season-high. He may not be the most consistent fantasy player, but if he can post lines like this, fantasy owners will be plenty happy.

Jennings scored just seven points (1-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT) with five assists in 30 minutes in the loss to Atlanta on Monday.

Jennings had been playing excellently in the Pistons' winning streak. Since Josh Smith was excised from the team, he has scored 34 points or more three times. However, Jennings appears to be cooling off and is just 4-of-19 (21.1 percent) from the field in the last two games. With the former Buck, fantasy owners will have to take the good with the bad.

Jennings went off on Sunday, scoring 35 points (14-21 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), to go along with two rebounds, seven assists, and two steals in 31 minutes on Sunday.

The Pistons have been riding a five-game win streak and this was definitely Jennings best game during that run. He's prone to have bad starts, which will force Coach Van Gundy to switch him out with D.J. Augustin. However, he seems to be responding well to these moments and attempting to come out a better player the next time he takes the court.

Jennings shot over 50% for just the fifth time this season, finishing with 29 points (11-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, three assists and two steals.

The Pistons are 4-0 since Josh Smith was released. Jennings is averaging 18.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.3 steals and three three-pointers in 26 minutes a game during that time.

Jennings continued his shooting woes Sunday against the Nets, scoring just eight points on 3-for-12 shooting from the field. He added two rebounds, nine assists, and two steals in 28 minutes of action.

Jennings is now averaging 10.4 points (35 percent FG) over the last five games, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating for his owners. Still, he's a lock for large minutes in the horrific Pistons offense, which means it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy him low at this point. He's still contributing regularly in assists, steals, and three-pointers, so hope of a better performance in 2015 still exists.

Jennings scored 22 points (8-18 FG, 2-6 3P, 4-5 FT) with eight assists, four rebounds, a steal and a block in 31 minutes during Friday's loss to the Raptors.

He's has a very poor month of December, resulting in career low averages in points, three-pointers and FG percentage on the season so far, but Jennings might finally be coming out of his slump. If you're punting field goal percentage in a H2H league, he may be worth trying to pick up when his value is at its lowest.

Jennings missed all five of the shots he attempted in Tuesday's loss to the Trail Blazers, finishing the game with one point, six assists and three rebounds in 20 minutes of action.

This is the second time in the past four games that Jennings has finished a game with one point. Last Wednesday, he went 0-for-11 against the Celtics in 39 minutes. Pistons' head coach Stan Van Gundy opted to use D.J. Augustin and rookie Spencer Dinwiddie instead, though they both had poor shooting nights as well. Owners will want to avoid starting Jennings for the time being until he gets back on track, and looking to the waiver wire to find another option isn't out of the question.

His 12 assists were a season high which is the only good which came from this line. Jennings can single-handedly destroy owners field goal percentage and he is now 8-40 over his past three games.

Jennings returned from a thumb absence and didn't show any signs of rust. He finished with 22 points (6-19 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds, six assists, and a steal in 35 minutes.

Jennings shot the ball well, despite sitting out with a hand injury. It doesn't appear that he will be slowed down too much and he looks safe to start going forward.

With Jennings returning to the starting lineup for the first time in three games, teammate D.J. Augustin will move back to the bench. Jennings will likely have the ball enough to warrant immediate reentry to starting lineups, but it's not clear if his thumb will affect his shot at all. It's very possible that Jennings scoring numbers will be a bit lower than his average this month of nearly 20 points per game, but as long as he doesn't struggle too much, he should play enough to start.

Although the injury does not appear too serious, Jennings is clearly still experiencing pain, and could miss more games going forward.
