Fri Feb 21 201414:30Raymond Felton says nobody can criticize him
Raymond Felton said on Friday his fitness is good and his weight is down since the start of the season.
"Right now, nobody [can] criticize anything about my fitness," Felton said. "Stop trying to attack my weight all the time. I had one year that I was out of shape. That was it." Yeah, we're pretty sure there will be a lot of people criticizing Felton and his weight. He's having a terrible year in New York and the sub-par guard play of the Knicks has really cost them a lot of games. Felton is nothing more than a low-upside bench player in standard leagues.

Wed Feb 19 201412:36Report: Clips, Knicks talk three-player trade
According to Yahoo! Sports, the Clippers and Knicks are discussing a trade which would send a package including Darren Collison to New York in exchange for Iman Shumpert and Raymond Felton.
The Clippers have been "receptive to listening to a potential deal" which doesn't mean that anything will come of these talks, but it's an interesting trade rumor nonetheless. Collison's stock would surge if he took over the full-time PG job in New York, and if nothing else this cements the notion that Felton and Shumpert are being heavily shopped around the league.

Tue Feb 18 201423:50Felton struggles, dealing with divorce
Raymond Felton hit just 2-of-7 shots for six points, one assist, two steals and a block in Tuesday's loss to the Grizzlies.
Felton has mentioned going through some personal issues lately and news broke of a divorce on Tuesday. The Knicks are a disaster right now and Felton is not having a good year, and his personal issues could have something to do with that. Felton is still worth owning in most leagues, but he's far from a must-start player in standard leagues.

Sun Feb 9 201415:56Ray Felton has a season-high seven boards
Raymond Felton pulled down a season-high seven rebounds against the Thunder on Sunday during a 112-100 loss, adding 16 points, seven assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.
It was one of his better games of the season and he's starting to come around a little after a horrible start. Felton's mid-range game has been the best part of his game, making 44 percent of his 94 attempts in that area. However, he's struggling from three and can't score in the paint very well, so he's more of a No. 3 fantasy point guard in standard leagues.

Tue Feb 4 201400:57Felton leaves without talking to media on Mon
Raymond Felton hit just 1-of-7 shots in Monday's loss to the Bucks, finishing with three points, five rebounds, seven assists and two steals.
Felton left without talking to media and his lackluster play is just one of the reasons the Knicks are losing to teams like the Bucks. The good news is that he's unchallenged for minutes at the point and the Knicks are going to play a bit faster with Carmelo Anthony at the 'four' spot, which should hopefully move him above his current borderline value in 12-14 team leagues.

Thu Jan 30 201422:42Raymond Felton getting it together again
Raymond Felton played well in his 36 minutes of action against the Cavs with 12 points, five boards, nine assists, one steal and two blocks.
He's shot an impressive 57.1 percent over his last four games and is starting to get it going again. In that span, Felton added 6.8 assists, 1.0 triples and 1.0 steals, so he's worth owning in standard leagues until he inevitably gets into another slump.

Sun Jan 26 201418:25Raymond Felton has a terrific game vs. Lakers
Raymond Felton had a fantastic game against the Lakers on Sunday, making 8-of-10 from the field for 20 points with two boards, five assists, one steal, one block and two 3-pointers.
Point guards have been posting some great games against the Lakers and Felton's 20 set a season high for him. He is in a season-long slump and looks slow, so he'll need a few more games like this one for his owners to have confidence in him again.

Sat Jan 25 201401:02Raymond Felton scores 11 in win vs. Bobcats
Raymond Felton scored 11 points with one board, five assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes vs. the Bobcats on Friday.
He has been playing through back spasms and it didn't seem like a factor in his play or minutes tonight. The Knicks really just need players to give them minutes, so Felton might have to play more than his season average of 32.7 minutes per game. He's still a little too up-and-down to be a considered as a strong player to own in standard leagues.

Fri Jan 24 201418:00Raymond Felton in the starting lineup
Raymond Felton (back) is starting against the Bobcats on Friday.
He's been dealing with back spasms and has played through them lately. Felton was playing better in the earlier part of January, but he's really fallen apart over his last three, averaging just 7.7 points and 7.3 assists and 0.7 steals over his last five. He's a low-upside player to own in most formats.

Thu Jan 23 201400:23Raymond Felton quiet in loss to Sixers
Raymond Felton hit 4-of-10 shots for nine points, seven assists, a steal, a block and a 3-pointer in Wednesday's loss to the Sixers.
He refused to speak to the media after the game, citing "back spasms" and "not feeling well" as the reasons. The Knicks are a mess right now, but as long as Felton is starting, he's at least worth owning in fantasy leagues. He hit 2-of-11 shots for nine points and six assists in Monday's loss.

Mon Jan 20 201420:55Raymond Felton has a horrible game vs. BK
Raymond Felton had a terrible game against the Nets on Monday, making 2-of-11 from the field for nine points, two boards, six assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.
It was one of his worst games of the year, which is saying something considering he is in the midst of his worst season as a pro. Felton has shot just 4-of-19 in his last two and the little run he had earlier this month looks like a mirage. He's not really a must-own player in standard leagues.

Thu Jan 16 201422:08Raymond Felton playing much better these days
Raymond Felton turned the ball over a game-high four times during Thursday's loss to the Pacers, adding 12 points, four boards, five assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.
With the Knicks in a bit of disarray with the J.R. Smith drama, Felton is playing the best ball of the season. Over his last five games, he averaged 13.2 points, 5.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 triples on 42.9 percent from the field. He's taking more shots these days and is worth owning in standard leagues for now.

Tue Jan 14 201400:35Felton scores 19 points against the Suns
Raymond Felton scored 19 points on 8-of-16 shooting with two treys, one rebound, one assist, one steal and one block over 44 minutes in Monday's overtime win against the Suns.
Felton is getting off to a decent start since returning from injury, but his borderline season-long value is hard to ignore when assessing his value. He should be owned by virtue of his stranglehold on the point guard position, but he needs to improve his 39.1 percent shooting to stay on the right side of the Mendoza line in standard formats.

Thu Jan 9 201423:05Raymond Felton plays best game of season
Raymond Felton was tremendous against the Heat on Thursday during a 102-92 win at Madison Square Garden, handing out a season-high 14 assists to go with 13 points, five boards, one steal and one 3-pointer in 39 minutes.
It was easily his best game in what has been the worst year of his career. Felton registered his first double-double of the season in his game and his 14 shot attempts were his highest total since Nov. 8. J.R. Smith not playing put the ball in Felton's hands a little more tonight, so his fantasy value could be on the rise.

Wed Jan 8 201400:33Raymond Felton plays well in return
Raymond Felton returned from his groin injury on Tuesday and hit 4-of-9 shots and a 3-pointer for 12 points, two rebounds, six assists and a steal.
Beno Udrih suffered a knee injury tonight so Felton should be in line for a ton of minutes, if Beno is going to miss time. Pick him up if he was dropped in your league and you need a point guard.

Tue Jan 7 201417:56Raymond Felton (groin) will play vs. Pistons
Raymond Felton (groin) will play vs. the Pistons on Tuesday, as expected.
He came in with a 'probable' tag so this confirms his status, but owners should be wary of him all the same. He's missed 12 of the past 13 games, his weight might be an ongoing issue, and in his 17 appearances this season he's averaged a mere 10.5 points on 39 percent shooting. Beno Udrih and Toure' Murry will compete for backup PG minutes.

Tue Jan 7 201410:59Raymond Felton listed as probable for Tuesday
Raymond Felton (groin) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.
It will be Felton's first game since Dec. 23 and his second game since Dec. 10. Considering the long layoff and his documented problems with conditioning, we'd keep initial expectations in check. Felton is averaging just 10.5 points, 5.1 assists and 2.4 rebounds despite getting 32.1 minutes per game on the season anyway. Beno Udrih will head back to a bench role and become waiver-wire fodder in fantasy leagues shortly.

Mon Jan 6 201409:24Mike Woodson said Raymond Felton (groin) could return to action ...
Mike Woodson said Raymond Felton (groin) could return to action when the Knicks return home on Tuesday to face the Pistons.
Woodson also said that Felton's weight is not a concern, despite his battling hamstring, groin and hip issues this season. Felton's return will be trouble for Beno Udrih's fantasy value.

Sun Jan 5 201411:36Raymond Felton (groin) ruled out vs. Mavs
Raymond Felton (groin) has been ruled out for Saturday's matchup vs. the Mavericks.
Beno Udrih gets another start at PG, backed up by Toure' Murry. Udrih is coming off a solid game and he's averaging 9.2 points, 1.2 threes, 5.6 assists and 1.2 steals as a starter this year, so owners might as well use him while they still can. Felton was initially targeting a return on Sunday and he remains day-to-day, clouding Udrih's outlook for the week ahead.

Fri Jan 3 201410:28Felton not expected to play Friday or Sunday
Raymond Felton (groin) is not expected to play on Friday or Sunday.
Felton is traveling with the Knicks as their four-game road trip continues, but he's just rehabbing. Coach Mike Woodson said there's a chance Felton can practice when the Knicks get home on Monday. In 10 starts this year, backup Beno Udrih is averaging 9.1 points, 5.5 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 1.3 treys and 1.1 steals while logging 30.3 minutes.
