Thu Jan 2 201421:34Raymond Felton 'shooting' to play Sunday
Raymond Felton (groin) said on Thursday he's "shooting for" Sunday to make his return from injury.
The on-air MSG report added Felton is hoping to practice this weekend before the game. He did some pre-game exercises on Thursday, so Sunday seems like a realistic expectation. That would also mean he's not going to play vs. Dallas on Friday. Beno Udrih and a suddenly-improving Toure Murry would get most of the point guard work without Felton.

Thu Jan 2 201419:12Raymond Felton out vs. Spurs on Thursday
Raymond Felton (groin) will not play against the Spurs on Thursday.
He was not expected to play and this will be his fourth consecutive game out of the lineup. Felton is in the midst of his worst season as a pro, but the Knicks are really scrambling for a point guard. Beno Udrih and Toure Murry should get most of the minutes at point guard.

Wed Jan 1 201416:54Raymond Felton is doubtful vs. San Antonio
Raymond Felton (groin) is listed as doubtful to face the Spurs on Thursday.
He is expected to miss the three-game road trip, so this is not a surprise. Felton is having the worst year of his career and is not worth stashing in standard leagues until he can turn it around. The Knicks could make it interesting and play Toure Murry more, but Beno Udrih figures to get the start against Tony Parker.

Tue Dec 31 201313:09Raymond Felton expected to miss 3-game trip
Raymond Felton is not expected to join the Knicks on their three-game trip that begins on Thursday.
Coach Mike Woodson doesn't expect to have Felton available for the three-game Texas trip, so that timetable wouldn't have Felton returning until January 7th at the earliest. With Pablo Prigioni also expected to miss the trip, Beno Udrih and Toure' Murry will continue to split point guard duties for the next week.

Mon Dec 30 201313:36Felton (groin) unlikely to play Thursday
Mike Woodson doesn't expect Raymond Felton (groin) to play vs. the Spurs on Thursday.
Beno Udrih and Toure' Murry are holding down the PG position with Felton and Pablo Prigioni (toe) sidelined, and both injured guards remain iffy to play at San Antonio.

Sat Dec 28 201317:46Raymond Felton won't play on Saturday
Raymond Felton will not play against the Raptors on Saturday.
This will be his second game on the sidelines from his groin injury on Monday. The Knicks will have to look to Beno Udrih for offense, making him a decent spot-start option. Felton should be considered questionable for Thursday's game against the Spurs.

Thu Dec 26 201313:31Raymond Felton (groin) doubtful for Friday
Raymond Felton (groin) is not expected to play in Friday's game against the Raptors.
Felton will be re-evaluated on Thursday in order to determine a timetable for his return, so there is still a potential for a longer absence here. Beno Udrih found himself in coach Mike Woodson's doghouse after Wednesday's game and Pablo Prigioni (foot) is still a week away from returning, so the Knicks need Felton more than ever. Fantasy owners should hold onto him until we know more, but Felton is edging closer and closer to being droppable.

Wed Dec 25 201313:10Ray Felton will be re-evaluated on Thursday
Raymond Felton (groin) will be re-evaluated on Thursday.
He's not going to play on Wednesday and is very unlikely to be suiting up for Friday's game against the Raptors. The Knicks may give Felton an MRI on his groin and they should have a timetable for his return in the coming days. In the meantime, Beno Udrih will take over as the starter with Toure Murry and Iman Shumpert also expected to handle the ball more.

Tue Dec 24 201313:36Raymond Felton (groin) out for Christmas Day
Raymond Felton (groin) will miss Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
Felton said he felt a pop in his groin Monday night and will be re-evaluated on Wednesday to determine a timetable for his return. More to come on this situation, but it's sounding like Felton could miss at least a few games and possibly significant time. Beno Udrih is a good, but not great option for fantasy owners while Felton is out and a long-term Felton absence could rekindle trade talks with the Raptors for Kyle Lowry.

Mon Dec 23 201322:41Raymond Felton (groin) says he felt a pop
Raymond Felton said after Monday's game he felt a pop in his right groin.
"Pray for us," Felton said. "I'm serious." Interesting quote aside, things aren't sounding good for Felton and he's a little closer to doubtful heading into Christmas' matchup against the OKC Thunder. If there is anything promising on the waiver wire, Felton's owners can at least consider cutting him due to numerous career-low averages on top of health concerns. Beno Udrih is worth a speculative add even though Russell Westbrook will light him up like a Christmas tree on Wednesday.

Mon Dec 23 201321:30Raymond Felon (groin) will not return
Raymond Felton suffered a groin strain on Monday and will not return.
Monday has not been a good night for the Knicks. Felton was in a lot of pain as he walked back to the locker room and it's certainly possible he could miss time with this injury. Plus, the number of injuries have really been piling up on Felton and it's only fair to start questioning his durability. Beno Udrih would be the speculative add here and the team might be looking to re-evaluate Felton on Tuesday. He finished with 13 points, four assists and two 3-pointers.

Mon Dec 23 201317:40Raymond Felton (hamstring) will start Monday
Raymond Felton (hamstring) will start against the Magic on Monday.
Felton missed six games with his hamstring issue and he beat his 2-3 week prognosis by a couple days. Felton was only holding low-level value in standard leagues, so he's not necessarily a must-add player upon his return. Beno Udrih can be let loose in most formats.

Sun Dec 22 201313:08Felton (hamstring) questionable for Monday
Raymond Felton (hamstring) said that although he isn't 100 percent healthy, he'll "give it a go" during Monday's shootaround.
This hamstring injury has nagged at Felton for over a month and it seems wiser for him to wait until it's completely healed, but he's officially 'questionable' for Monday's game. Beno Udrih didn't play down the stretch after a poor defensive effort on Saturday and Felton's impending return should quickly squash his value.

Thu Dec 19 201320:19Raymond Felton says he's targeting Monday
Raymond Felton (hamstring) said on Thursday that he's targeting a return to the lineup on Monday to face the Magic.
That would mean he would beat his 2-3 week prognosis from back on Dec. 12 by at least a few days. Felton is having one of his worst seasons with a career-low 10.3 points and 5.2 assists per game. The report does seem to be a little optimistic, so he should be considered questionable for that game. Beno Udrih should hold some nice short-term value with Pablo Prigioni (toe) also expected to miss two weeks.

Mon Dec 16 201309:39Felton (hamstring) may play behind Prigioni?
Once he's healthy enough to return, Raymond Felton (hamstring, hip) might come off the Knicks' bench behind Pablo Prigioni.
Beat writer Marc Berman reports, "There is a concern in the organization Felton will have trouble recovering fully from a nagging hamstring pull and pinched nerve in his hip - which is why the Knicks went full bore after [Kyle] Lowry." A Lowry deal now seems less likely and Carmelo Anthony also gave Prigioni a vote of confidence, so he's worth watching as a source of 3-pointers and steals.

Thu Dec 12 201313:53Raymond Felton (hamstring) to miss 2-3 weeks
Raymond Felton's MRI confirmed a strained left hamstring and will miss 2-3 weeks.
Pablo Prigioni started in Felton's absence Wednesday night, but only posted six points and two assists in 31 minutes of action. Beno Udrih didn't fare much better in 17 minutes, so Mike Woodson will have his work cut out for him filling in for Felton over the next two or three weeks. Neither player has much fantasy value even with Felton out, but there are rumors of the Knicks chasing Kyle Lowry that we'll be keeping an eye on.

Wed Dec 11 201318:21Ray Felton (hamstring) 'could be out a while'
Coach Mike Woodson said Raymond Felton (hamstring) "could be out a while."
Felton pulled his hamstring injury on Tuesday and already said he had no chance to play earlier today at shootaround. After a day off on Thursday, the Knicks will play three games in four games, so it's not a stretch to think Felton could miss all of those. Pablo Prigioni and Beno Udrih will split the starting duties while Prigioni gets the first crack at starting. Felton wasn't a must-own player to begin with, so his owners might have to weigh their options.

Wed Dec 11 201309:24Felton aggravates hamstring, doubtful Wed.
Raymond Felton aggravated his pulled left hamstring during Tuesday's game and he admitted afterward that he may need to sit out a few games.
"The way I feel right now, I have no chance [for Wednesday]," Felton said. He may have returned too soon from his recent left hip injury and the Knicks' medical staff is telling him to rest, so fantasy owners should prepare to be without him for a while. Pablo Prigioni and Beno Udrih will both need to step up in the rotation if Felton does miss time.

Sun Dec 8 201314:49Raymond Felton doesn't score in 20 minutes
Raymond Felton did not score in 20 minutes of action on his six shots with two assists during a loss to the Celtics on Sunday.
He's having a bad year on the whole and his teammates aren't helping him. Only 17 of his 78 assists have been to Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks really need to work on ball movement. Felton actually ranks 15th in passes per game, but his stats haven't really been there. He's a low-upside No. 2 fantasy point guard in most formats, so he's not exactly a must-own player.
