Pagan (knee) was not scratched and remained in the Giants' starting lineup.
There was question whether or not he would be scratched prior to the contest, but the knee must not have caused him enough pain to keep him out. However, the latest testing showed swelling in the knee, so it's an issue that could still keep him day-to-day moving forward.
Sat Jun 27 201514:51Angel Pagan: (Knee) Status Still Uncertain
Pagan (knee) was initially listed in Saturday's lineup, but is wearing a brace on his right knee and will have his left knee wrapped, and manager Bruce Bochy indicated that he could still be scratched, Alex Pavlovic of CSN Bay Area reports.
Pagan appeared set to retake his spot in center field, but given the swelling was still prevalent following the most recent tests, it appears his spot remains tentative at this point. The veteran outfielder has a history of knee issues, so even if he does return Saturday, it wouldn't be surprising if he remains a day-to-day lineup call.

San Francisco Giants outfielder Angel Pagan was initially in the lineup Saturday against the Colorado Rockies despite dealing with a knee injury, but Giants manager Bruce Bochy said he may miss his second consecutive start, according to CSN Bay Area. There was talk that Pagan could require a stint on the disabled list after banging his knee into the outfield wall Wednesday, and while there has been no renewed talk of that possibility, Pagan had his swollen knee heavily wrapped before Friday's game. He has a history of knee injuries, so it is likely that the team will be cautious, though he is still considered day-to-day. Pagan is hitting .271/.305/.330 with four stolen bases in 70 games, but he has yet to hit a home run this season. The Giants enter the game with a 40-36 record, which puts them second in the National League West division.

The injury was presumably the result of a collision with the outfield wall Thursday. Pagan had a lot of ice on his knees after the game but manager Bruce Bochy said he was fine, so it doesn't sound like Pagan is any worse than day-to-day ahead of Saturday's tilt.

Pagan batted leadoff and went 2-for-3 with an RBI in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers.
Pagan was slotted atop the lineup due to Nori Aoki's (leg) absence. Manager Bruce Bochy noted that Aoki was available to pinch-hit, so there is a chance he returns Tuesday and pushes Pagan back into the three-hole. Pagan has batted anywhere from leadoff to seventh in the lineup this season, and his value has fluctuated accordingly.
Tue Jun 16 201515:06Pagan 2-4 in Monday's loss to Mariners
Pagan went 2-for-4 in Monday's loss to the Mariners.
Pagan has returned to batting third in the lineup with Hunter Pence (wrist) landing on the disabled list. While the promotion didn't reap any counting stats Monday, batting in the heart of the lineup will ultimately boost Pagan's short-term value. He entered Monday's game in an 0-for-17 slump, so the two-hit performance could get Pagan back on the right track.

Pagan continued to bat seventh Monday, going 0-for-4 in the loss to Pittsburgh.
It seems that the dust has finally settled after Hunter Pence's return to the lineup, and Pagan seems to be the loser in terms of lineup positioning. After batting third all season, Pagan has now batted seventh in the lineup for four of the Giants' last five games. This obviously hurts his run creating opportunities while hitting in front of the eighth place hitter and the pitcher.

Pagan returned to the lineup Wednesday, going 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored while batting seventh.
Pagan was given a day of rest Tuesday, and manager Bruce Bochy indicated it was not injury related. His performance on the field confirmed that statement. It is interesting to note that Pagan was batting seventh in this game, the lowest he has batted all year. We knew the lineup would get shaken up when Pence returned from injury, but if this is Pagan's permanent spot in the lineup, then his value certainly takes a minor hit.
Tue May 26 201518:51Pagan's absence from Tuesday's lineup not injury-related
Pagan's absence from Tuesday's lineup is not injury-related, according to Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle.
Pagan was removed early from Monday's game and is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's contest, so it appeared he may have been dealing with an injury. However, manager Bruce Bochy said Pagan will sit out Tuesday as a mental break, and is not dealing with any sort of health issue. Assuming that is indeed the case, Pagan should return to action Wednesday afternoon.

Pagan (back) returned to the lineup Tuesday, going 2-for-4 with a stolen base in the win over the Dodgers.
It was a bit worrisome that Pagan was dealing with back spasms after having surgery on his back last season, but his strong performance and quick return indicate that this was simply a minor setback. He doesn't have the cleanest bill of health so this issue could flare up again during the course of the season; but when he is healthy, Pagan can help fantasy teams in multiple categories.
