Holiday has won the final roster spot on the Warriors, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

A late preseason explosion of scoring pushed Holiday ahead of the other fringe players to claim a roster spot, at least until Brandon Rush returns from lower back spasms. After two consecutive double-digit scoring efforts, Holiday had eight points (3-of-7 FG, 1-of-2 3Pt, 1-of-2 FT) in 14 minutes off the bench in Friday night's presason finale.

Holiday scored a reserve-high 12 points (4-of-6 FG, 2-of-4 3Pt, 2-of-2 FT) with two rebounds, two assists and a steal in 17 minutes in Tuesday night's preseason win over the Cippers.

That's two straight strong shooting performances for the non-guaranteed Holiday, who scored 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting in Sunday's game against the Rockets. He's making a bid for the final open roster spot.
