Sun Dec 2 201219:29Demaryius burns Bucs for 99 yards, 2 scores
Demaryius Thomas hauled in eight passes for 99 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Broncos to a 31-23 victory over the Bucs in Week 13.
Thomas was targeted 10 times, as Peyton Manning looked to exploit man coverage versus rookie CB Leonard Johnson. The Bucs showed plenty of 2-deep looks to prevent vertical strikes, so Manning and Thomas picked them apart on crossing routes. The Broncos have clinched the AFC West with their seventh consecutive victory, marking the first time since 1986-87 that they've taken the division crown in back-to-back seasons. Having scored in three straight games, Thomas is on pace for a 92/1,496/11 stat line heading into Week 14 at a burnable Oakland secondary.

Finally healthy and showcasing his unique size/speed combination, there's nothing but upside here. The Broncos face the Bucs' league-worst secondary in Week 13.

Sun Nov 25 201216:54Demaryius Thomas finds pay-dirt in win
Demaryius Thomas caught four passes for 82 yards and a touchdown in Denver's Week 12 win over the Chiefs.
Going against his usual M.O., Thomas hauled in his 30-yard bomb in the end-zone instead of galloping for extra yards after the catch. The grab was a beautiful over-the-shoulder number. The 82 yards give Thomas 1,015 on the season with five games left to go. He has a strong chance of finishing as a top-three fantasy receiver.

Mon Oct 29 201200:07Demaryius Thomas goes for 7/137/1
Demaryius Thomas caught seven passes for 137 yards and a touchdown in Denver's Week 8 rout of the Saints.
It was a beastly night from Peyton Manning's No. 1 receiver, as Thomas tacked on major yardage after the catch on nearly every one of his seven grabs. He had no trouble winning one-on-ones, and has now posted four 100-yard efforts through Denver's first seven games. He's sporting an elite 39/679/4 line. Coming into his one with one of the best players in league history near the top of his game at the controls, Thomas has a shot at leading the NFL in receiving in 2012.

Tue Oct 16 201200:23Thomas gets a TD but is held in check by SD
Demaryius Thomas caught two passes for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' Week 6 victory over the Chargers on Monday night.
Thomas caught both passes that came his way, but he was held mostly in check by the Chargers' Quentin Jammer. On the touchdown, Thomas beat Jammer on a double-move for the 29-yard score to open the scoring for the Broncos. The low target count wasn't a result of lost fumbles in previous weeks, and Thomas remains an elite fantasy receiver moving forward. The Broncos have a Week 7 bye before having a juicy matchup with the Saints' last-ranked defense in Week 8.

Sun Oct 7 201220:10Demaryius Thomas goes for 188 yards in loss
Demaryius Thomas caught nine passes for 188 yards in Denver's Week 5 loss to the Patriots.
It was a dominating effort from Denver's now clear-cut No. 1 receiver, but one marred by yet another lost fumble. Thomas was sprinting toward the end zone on a possible 53-yard touchdown in the first quarter when he let the ball get punched out from behind. The lost fumble was his third in three games. The good news is, Peyton Manning showed no hesitance in looking Thomas' way afterward, while Thomas continued to do major damage after the catch. Both the catches and the yards were career (regular season) highs. With 30 catches for 513 yards and two touchdowns through five games, Thomas is locked in as a fantasy WR1.

Sun Sep 30 201219:40Demaryius has 100-yard day, loses fumble
Demaryius Thomas caught five passes for 103 yards in Denver's Week 4 win over the Raiders, and also lost a fumble.
Thomas was beastly in his second 100-yard effort of 2012, tacking on major yards after the catch, but cost himself an even bigger day with his second-quarter fumble. Rumbling down the sideline toward a possible 71-yard touchdown, Thomas put the ball on the ground as he attempted to switch carrying hands. He was untouched. It's a blunder that left him with "only" a 40-yard gain. Regardless, Peyton Manning's trust in Thomas is only on the rise, and Manning's accuracy combined with Thomas' elite physicality have him on the verge of a possible WR1 campaign. With a quarter of the season now in the rear-view mirror, Thomas is on pace for 84 catches, 1,300 yards and eight touchdowns.

Sun Sep 23 201220:39Demaryius Thomas held to three catches
Demaryius Thomas caught three passes for 30 yards in Denver's Week 3 loss to the Texans.
It was a frustrating day for Thomas, who drew a team-high 12 targets, but saw a number of opportunities fall by the wayside. Thomas came within inches of a 31-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, but couldn't get his second foot in-bounds. He also let another high - but catchable - deep ball slip though his hands only a few plays earlier. He finished with two drops. The good news, of course, is all the targets, of which Thomas has now drawn 25 of in the past two weeks. He'll be a high-end WR2 against the Raiders in Week 4.
