Adam Dunn hit his 31st homer and singled Saturday against the Rangers.
Dunn has a six-game hitting streak, his longest since 2008. Well, no, not really. But it's still pretty impressive for him. He's upped his average from .202 to .215 over the six games.

Sun Jul 15 201218:09Dunn homers in 3rd straight to lead White Sox
Adam Dunn blasted a home run for the third consecutive game, powering the White Sox to a 2-1 victory over the Royals on Sunday.
Dunn finished the day 1-for-3 and also walked twice. He now leads all of baseball with his 28 homers on the season and has driven home 65 runs. At this pace, Dunn should seriously challenge his career bests of 46 homers and 106 RBI achieved in 2004 and 2007 respectively.

Fri Jun 15 201200:42Dunn hits 22nd homer in loss to Cardinals
Adam Dunn launched his 22nd home run of the season, a moonshot to center field, in a losing effort against the Cardinals on Thursday.
Dunn finished the night 1-for-3 with the three-run shot off Jake Westbrook in the sixth inning. Though he's still hitting just .227, his 22 bombs and 50 RBI are exactly the type of numbers the White Sox were expecting to see and a big part of the reason for their early season success this year. It would have been Dunn's fourth consecutive game with a homer had he not gone 0-for-1 in a pinch hit appearance on Wednesday.

Wed Jun 13 201218:39Dunn scratched because of slight ankle sprain
Adam Dunn has been scratched from Wednesday night's game against the Cardinals due to a sprained ankle.
The White Sox are calling it a "slight" sprain, but Dunn seems likely to sit out of Thursday's series finale as well. The slugger hit his 21st home run of the season in Tuesday night's 6-1 victory over St. Louis. Dayan Viciedo is batting third and playing left field in Dunn's place Wednesday.

Adam Dunn smashed a grand slam on Saturday, leading the White Sox in a 10-1 rout over the visiting Astros.
Dunn finished the day 2-for-5 with five RBI. He was mired in a 3-for-32 (.094) slump over his past 10 games heading into Friday's tilt, but looks to be getting back on track with consecutive multi-hit games. He's now batting .226 on the season with 19 homers and 45 RBI.

Adam Dunn belted a two-run homer in Monday's win over the Rays.
Dunn's sixth-inning blast were all the tallies the Sox needed in the pitcher's duel. The 32-year-old now has 16 longballs on the year to go along with 37 RBI in what has been a fine bounce-back season to this point.

Tue May 15 201212:23Dunn to play left field vs. Cubs this weekend
White Sox manager Robin Ventura said that Adam Dunn will play left field in all three games against the Cubs this weekend.
Dunn is an obviously liability on defense, but the White Sox can't afford to keep his potent bat out of the lineup. The resurgent slugger has 12 homers, 28 RBI and a 1.003 OPS through his first 36 games this year. It would be pretty nice if he gets his outfield eligibility back.

Adam Dunn connected on his 11th home run of the season, helping the lead the White Sox to a 5-0 victory over the Royals on Friday.
Dunn finished the game 2-for-2 and also walked twice, raising his average to .257 on the season. The solo homer off of Felipe Paulino in the first inning gives him 11 on the season, and he's now driven in 26 runs. This is exactly the type of production the White Sox envisioned when they inked Dunn to his massive free agent contract last offseason.

Thu Apr 26 201204:36Dunn runs strikeout streak to 22 games
Adam Dunn went 1-for-6 in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to the Athletics, lowering his batting average to .239.
More notably, the veteran slugger fanned twice, giving him 29 in 67 at-bats. He has struck out at least once in 22 straight games dating back to last season. The record among non-pitchers is 28 games, achieved by Jarrod Saltalamacchia in 2009.

Adam Dunn homered twice, doubled and drove in five runs to lead the White Sox to a 7-3 win over the Mariners on Friday.
Dunn has nine RBI in his last three games alone. With three and 12 respectively, he's already more than a quarter of the way to his 2011 totals in homers (11) and RBI (42). As you might have guessed, it was both his first two-homer and five-RBI game as a member of the White Sox.

Wed Apr 18 201223:12Adam Dunn has three-RBI night
Adam Dunn roped a three-run double in Wednesday's 8-1 win over the Orioles.
Thine eyes have seen the glory. Dunn also drew a trio of walks, upping his triple slash from a calamitous .179/.256/.333 to merely disastrous .195/.313/.366. Chicago's 32-year-old designated hitter has a long way to go before proving he's over the hitting woes that have plagued him since the beginning of the 2011 season.

Fri Apr 13 201217:10Adam Dunn fans four times
Adam Dunn struck out all four times he was up Friday against the Tigers.
Dunn homered in the opener for the White Sox, but he's now just 4-for-22 with 10 strikeouts on the season. It's not the start his owners were hoping for on the heels of his big spring.

Fri Apr 6 201216:47Adam Dunn homers, walks versus Rangers
Adam Dunn homered and walked Friday against the Rangers.
He was a fine No. 3 hitter for one day. Dunn may not reach his past heights this year, particularly not in batting average, but he does seem poised to rebound to 35-40 homers.

Tue Apr 3 201212:32Adam Dunn to bat third for White Sox
White Sox manager Robin Ventura indicated Monday that he is leaning toward using Adam Dunn in the third spot in the batting order.
"He gets on base a lot," said Ventura. "Even though he might strike out a little bit, he does walk a lot. To me, that's a good thing in front of Paul (Konerko)." Dunn probably won't stay there for long if he reverts to his 2011 form, but he is hitting .255/.415/.569 with five homers, 14 RBI and a 14/10 K/BB ratio this spring. Given the minimal price tag, he makes plenty of sense as a late-game bounce back pick in fantasy leagues.

Thu Mar 22 201219:11Adam Dunn homers twice, drives in six
Adam Dunn had his power stroke Thursday, belting a two-run homer and a grand slam against the Royals.
Both longballs came off left-hander Bruce Chen, which is notable given how horrendous he was against left-handed pitching last season. His other two dingers this spring came off of Jordan Walden and Neftali Feliz. The DH is now batting .333 with a ridiculous 1.390 OPS this spring and has also walked nine times while striking out just once. He's still a fantasy risk because of last year, but we like him to bounce back.
