Since missing a game with the flu back on November 26, Williams has averaged 16.8 points, 9.0 assists, 3.5 boards and 1.8 steals over the last four contests. Ricky Rubio may not be back on the court until the calendar flips to January, so Williams should continue to provide solid value.

Williams continued his hot streak Sunday against the Blazers, posting 21 points, five rebounds, 11 assists, and two steals in 40 minutes of action.
Williams has been a beast as a starter this season, averaging 7.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 10.2 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.4 three-pointers made in five games. With Ricky Rubio (ankle) still expected to miss at least four weeks, Williams is a must-own player in most formats.

Williams scored 25 points (8-13 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and had 11 assists to complete the double-double after missing Wednesday's game with an illness.
This was Williams' third double-double of the season as he continues to fill in for the injured Ricky Rubio. This was by far his best statistical game of the season, with his previous season-high for points being 18. Williams continues to be an every-day starter as long as Rubio is still out.

Wed Nov 26 201418:45Mo Williams: (Illness) Out Wednesday
Williams (illness) will not play Wednesday, the Star Tribune's Kent Youngblood reports.
The T-Wolves' starting point guard has strep throat and pink eye, according to coach Flip Saunders, so it would not be surprising to see him miss a couple more games. Zach LaVine is the only point guard active Wednesday, so he should see a lot of playing time.
Wed Nov 26 201412:51Mo Williams: (Illness) Game-Time Decision
Williams (illness) missed shootaround and remains questionable for Wednesday's game, the Star Tribune's Kent Youngblood reports.
He should be close to a game-time decision, as the T-Wolves would like to have him out there if he can give it a go, since Zach LaVine is the only other point guard on the depth chart.

Williams (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks.
Williams missed two consecutive practices Monday and Tuesday, and now has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's game because of it. The illness shouldn't keep him out long-term, but Zach LaVine could see big minutes if he can't go.
Tue Nov 25 201417:10Williams (illness) did not practice for second consecutive day
Williams (illness) did not practice for the second consecutive day, Jerry Zgoda of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports.
Williams, who's filled in admirably for Ricky Rubio, remains questionable to play Wednesday against the Bucks. A decision on his status likely won't come until after Wednesday's shootaround. If he's unable to go, rookie Zach LaVine will be in line to play a heavy minutes load.
Mon Nov 24 201414:14Mo Williams: (Illness) Misses Practice
Williams did not practice Monday due to an illness.
He should be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks, but with a couple days to rest, it would seem like a solid bet that he will play. Williams has been excellent since Ricky Rubio went down, and has double digit assists in two of his last three games.

Williams posted his second double-double of the week by scoring 11 points (5-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt) with 12 assists Saturday.
Williams has been getting extra shots recently, many of them likely left behind by injured guard Kevin Martin (wrist). Additionally, he has been starting at point guard where he has had the ball in his hands more often and been able to rack up assists. Teammates Ricky Rubio (ankle) and Martin will come back at some point this year, but until then, Williams should continue to post stats like this.

Williams started at point guard and scored 14 points with 13 assists in 31 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Knicks. It was his first start at point guard this season.
It looks like the Zach LaVine experiment as the starting point guard has ended in at least the short term, and LaVine also got about half the minutes off the bench he saw as a starter. Williams should put up decent assist and scoring totals as the starter with Ricky Rubio out.

Williams will remain with the second unit despite Ricky Rubio's ankle injury, the Star Tribune's Jerry Zgoda reports.
Rookie Zach LaVine will be given the first opportunity to start, which will limit Williams to around 25 minutes per game. He is still worth a roster spot in most formats, as he profiles as a better distributor than LaVine, but what the rookie lacks in experience, he makes up for in upside due to his extreme athleticism.

Williams scored just two points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt) with four rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 22 minutes in the loss to the Heat on Saturday.
Williams was expected to move into the starting lineup for Ricky Rubio (ankle), but coach Flip Saunders went with rookie Zach LaVine. If Williams can pull himself out of his current slump (just 5-of-27 - 18.5 percent - from the field in his last four games), he could be a nice source of points and assists.

Williams is expected to play 25-30 minutes Saturday according to coach Flip Saunders, Jerry Zgoda of the Star Tribune reports.
Williams will make the start Saturday against the Celtics but will also share time on the court with rookie Zach LaVine. Either way, Williams is a legitimate flier option when early reports have Ricky Rubio (ankle) out for the next 7-8 weeks.

Williams played in 31 minutes off the bench Friday after Ricky Rubio left with an ankle injury, scoring four points (1-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT).
Rubio will have his ankle evaluated again Saturday, but it's expected that he'll miss an extended period of time. Rubio owners would be wise to pick up Williams for that time, as he did finish Friday's game against the Magic with seven assists, two rebounds and three blocks. He could even be a useful streaming option for non-Rubio owners.
