It remains to be seen how well he'll be able to mesh with Kemba Walker (knee) once he returns to action, but Williams should continue to have plenty of fantasy value in Walker's absence.

Williams will remain in the starting lineup even after Kemba Walker returns from knee surgery, the Charlotte Observer reports.

Williams has been scorching since arriving in Charlotte in an early-February trade, averaging 23.4 points and seven assists with his new squad. He's taken on even more value in fantasy formats that count three-pointers as a category, as he's attempted at least 10 treys in three of his eight games with the Hornets while hitting on 42 percent of those tries. The team's commitment to carving out a sizable minutes load for Williams should keep his value stable for the foreseeable future.

Williams scored 14 points (6-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT) with 14 assists and three rebounds in 31 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Nets.

Kemba Walker (knee) is back at practice, so Williams' run as the primary facilitator in the Hornets' offense could be nearing an end. He'll still likely have some value however and may even keep his starting spot given how well he's been playing, so don't automatically drop him once Walker returns to the lineup.

Williams posted a double-double scoring 23 points (9-16 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT) 11 assists and two rebounds on Sunday.

Williams has taken on a major role since being dealt to the Hornets at the NBA trade deadline. Playing 35 minutes a game in the 5 games since the trade, Williams has averaged 23 points on 46% shooting, seven assists and three rebounds. He has also been shooting the 3 at a high percentage, averaging 42% on nine attempts per game. A change of scenery, starting on a team in the midst of a playoff push has clearly rejuvenated Williams and we will continue to see strong numbers until starter Kemba Walker returns at the end of March.

Williams scored 17 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with five assists, two rebounds and a steal in 26 minutes during Wednesday's win over the Bulls.

In three games since joining the Hornets, Williams in now averaging 21.0 points, 6.7 assists, 3.0 threes and 1.7 steals. Charlotte doesn't have any established offensive options in their starting lineup aside from Al Jefferson, so Williams may continue to supply more scoring than expected until Kemba Walker returns from his knee injury.

Williams scored 24 points (8-17 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with four rebounds, 12 assists and one steal in 38 minutes in his first game for the Hornets on Saturday.

While Kemba Walker (knee) remains out, which of last reporting will be until March 15th, Williams is a must-own player in all formats, as evidenced by his big performance Saturday. In his 19 starts for Minnesota, Williams averaged 16.3 points, 2.2 three-pointers and 7.6 assists.

Williams will start against the Thunder on Saturday, the Charlotte Observer reports.

Williams is expected to start in place of Kemba Walker (knee) for the time being, as fellow point guard Brain Roberts will move to a role off the bench in relief of Williams.

Williams will make his Hornets debut against the Thunder on Saturday.

Williams is the expected starter for the Hornets while Kemba Walker continues to be sidelined with a knee injury. The presumed starter offers some value during this stint without Walker on the court, although Saturday's outing will be key in determining his exact value moving forward.

Williams will not be available for Tuesday's game against Detroit.

Neither Williams nor Troy Daniels, both of whom were acquired from the Wolves on Tuesday, will be in uniform Tuesday due to the timing of their flight. With it being the team's final game before the All-Star break, Williams won't see his first action in a Hornets uniform until Feb. 21 against Oklahoma City.

Williams, along with Troy Daniels, was traded to the Hornets on Tuesday in exchange for Gary Neal and a second-round pick, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.

Williams will provide immediate help to the Charlotte backcourt in the absence of Kemba Walker, who is expected to remain out through mid-March. The veteran filled in admirably for Ricky Rubio in Minnesota and is averaging 12.2 points and 6.4 assists per game, the latter of which is his highest average since the 2010-11 season. Williams figures to step in as the starter in Charlotte, supplanting Brian Roberts, but he'll come off the bench upon Walker's return.

Williams will start in place of Ricky Rubio (rest) on Sunday against the Pistons.

Williams has started many times this season and is certainly worth the play across all formats since he'll likely see extended time on the court Sunday. However, Rubio is expected back on the court against the Hawks on Monday, thus demoting Williams back to the bench.

Williams (hip) scored seven points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt) to go along with five rebounds, four assists and one steal in 24 minutes during the Timberwolves' 90-89 win versus the Grizzlies on Friday.

Williams did commit four turnovers, but at least he's been healthy enough to give it a go lately. He's a good candidate to be traded by the deadline, but even if he remains with the Timberwolves, his stock is set to go down as Ricky Rubio's minutes go up.

Williams (hip) is active for Friday's game against the Grizzlies, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

With Ricky Rubio back on the court, Williams will come off the bench moving forward. As it stands the backup is averaging 26 minutes on the court over his last two games.

Williams (hip) is considered questionable to play Friday against Memphis, Jerry Zgoda of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Williams missed a pair games at the end of January with a sore hip, and after averaging 26 minutes in the team's last two games, the issue has apparently resurfaced. It's too early to speculate at this point, but more information should be available following Friday's shootaround. If Williams can't go, Zach LaVine would likely step in as the primary backup to Ricky Rubio.

Williams provided 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 0-1 FT) with 10 assists in the win over the Heat on Wednesday.

Williams looks like he will get mid-20s minutes as a backup to Ricky Rubio. As such, his value will be limited somewhat. In his last two games, he has averaged 12.5 points and 7.5 assists.

Williams (hip) is considered probable to play Wednesday against the Heat.

Williams returned from a three-game absence due to the hip injury Monday against the Mavericks, tallying 15 points on 3-for-7 shooting and picking up five assists over 27 minutes. He's likely experiencing a little tightness after the return to action, but probably nothing that a little pregame treatment can't solve. Expect Williams to serve as the Wolves' lead guard off the bench Wednesday barring a late setback with his hip.

Williams scored 15 points (3-7 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT) to go with five assists and three rebounds in 27 minutes Monday against the Mavericks.

Williams was back in the mix after missing the previous two contests with a hip injury. He played only 27 minutes, his fewest since Jan. 5, and he could continue to see a slight drop-off in playing time with Ricky Rubio back from injury. Expect Williams' numbers to regress considerably from the 16.9 points and 6.3 assists per game he averaged in January.

Williams (hip) is active for Monday's contest in Dallas.

Williams will seemingly return after missing one game due to a personal concern and two more with an injured hip. His appearance is expected to coincide with Ricky Rubio's (ankle) first game since Nov. 7, but the latter's workload will be capped at 15-to-20 minutes. Consequently, enough work exists for Williams to hold decent value during Rubio's initial outings.

Ricky Rubio is reportedly slated to make his return Monday, and Zach LaVine is out, so it is not clear what kind of minutes Williams will get assuming he is able to return. Nonetheless, his hip pointer appears to be healing well, but with the T-Wolves' backcourt getting healthy, his value is trending down.

Williams will be evaluated after Monday's morning shootaround to determine his status against the Mavericks. All of Minnesota's point guards are banged up at the moment, so it's possible that Williams may have to take court even if he's not feeling 100 percent.
