Mon Dec 16 201309:18Randy Foye rolls ankle, benched in 2nd half
Randy Foye rolled his ankle during Sunday's game but was able to play through the injury and finish with seven points in 21 minutes.
He started the second half but didn't return after one six-minute stint in the third quarter. Brian Shaw attributed his inactivity to poor effort while fighting through screens, rather than his ankle injury, so we'll keep him off the injury report unless he's limited at practice.

Sat Dec 14 201302:36Randy Foye disappears in loss to Jazz
Randy Foye played just 15 minutes and missed all three of his shots, failing to score in Friday's loss to the Jazz, his former team.
This was pretty shocking, as coaches usually let their guys loose against their former teams. Foye played for the Jazz last season. He's really cooled off over his last two games, after scoring in double figures in six of his previous seven games. There are no reports of an injury, but he's too risky to use in fantasy right now.

Wed Dec 4 201321:59Randy Foye still playing well for Jazz
Randy Foye had 16 points, three rebounds, three assists, two blocks and three 3-pointers on 4-of-8 shooting in Wednesday's loss to the Cavaliers.
Foye had a good night against one of the league's worst defensive backcourts and is averaging 11.6 points, 2.4 rebound, 2.6 assists, 0.6 steals, 1.0 blocks and 2.2 3-pointers over his last five games.

Sat Nov 30 201301:28Randy Foye scores 17 points vs. Knicks
Randy Foye scored 17 points against the Knicks on Friday with four rebounds, four assists, one block and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes.
His block came with two seconds left on Carmelo Anthony to seal the win for Denver. Foye hasn't been setting the world on fire, but he's been solid over his last five with averages of 12.6 points, 0.6 blocks and 2.6 triples. If Ty Lawson (ankle) needs to miss time, Foye would likely be part of the scoring solution to help fill the void.

Sun Nov 24 201301:24Randy Foye scores 17 points in 29 minutes
Randy Foye hit a season-high five 3-pointers in 29 minutes against the Mavericks on Saturday, scoring 17 points with five boards, two assists and one steal
He's getting hot and hit two 3-pointers in each of his last four games. However, he's still only playing 24 minutes per game over that span and is splitting time with Nate Robinson. Plus, the eventual return of Danilo Gallinari could take some shots away from Foye. Robinson scored 10 points with two steals and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Thu Oct 31 201303:25Randy Foye plays 33 minutes vs. Sacramento
Randy Foye played 33 minutes in his first start with the Nuggets on Wednesday, scoring 12 points with five boards, one assist, one steal and two 3-pointers.
The Nuggets went small quite a bit tonight and Foye owners probably shouldn't be expecting him to play for 33 minutes all the time. Although, Wilson Chandler's hamstring could keep him out for another week, so Foye might have more shots on the horizon.

Tue Oct 29 201314:01Randy Foye (hip) expected to play Wednesday
Randy Foye (hip) is expected to play in Wednesday's season opener.
Even with Ty Lawson likely out for the opener against Sacramento, Foye joins a crowded back court alongside Andre Miller, Nate Robinson and others. Foye will split the Nuggets' shooting guard duties with Nate Robinson and should be a decent source of 3-pointers for his fantasy owners.

Mon Oct 28 201315:47Randy Foye now questionable with hip injury
Randy Foye has a hip injury leaving him iffy for opening night on Wednesday.
He'll join Ty Lawson (groin) and Wilson Chandler (hamstring) as questionable. With so many injuries, guys like Andre Miller, Evan Fournier, Jordan Hamilton and Nate Robinson could have a couple nice games for the Nuggets this week.

Mon Jul 8 201316:07Randy Foye to join Nuggets on three-year deal
Randy Foye will join the Nuggets on a three-year, $9 million contract as part of a three-team trade involving Andre Iguodala.
Yahoo! Sports reports that the third year of Foye's deal will be a team option. He becomes the immediate favorite to start at SG ahead of Evan Fournier, and with Ty Lawson as a running-mate he has a good chance to improve upon last season's averages of 10.8 points, 2.2 threes, 2.0 assists and 0.8 steals per game.

Mon Jul 8 201308:33Randy Foye could be headed to Denver
The Warriors are working on a sign-and-trade centered on a trade exception, receiving Andre Iguodala and Utah Jazz unrestricted free agent Randy Foye to the Nuggets.
The most notable piece is that Utah would sign-and-trade Foye to Denver on a three-year, $9 million deal, with a team option on the third season. Golden State would pick up a trade exception, send a second-round pick to Utah and of course get Iguodala on a four-year, $48 million contract. Foye could become the starting shooting guard for Denver and would have noteworthy fantasy value with his proficiency behind the arc.

Tue Apr 16 201300:03Randy Foye adds 14 points in Jazz win
Randy Foye made two more 3-pointers in a win on Sunday, scoring 14 points with two boards, three assists, two steals and no turnovers on 36 minutes.
He's been racking up the treys and made 3.3 per game over his last eight games. The Jazz are going to need Foye to stretch Memphis' D on Wednesday, so he should be able to knock down at least two triples and score in double figures.

Sat Apr 13 201300:51Randy Foye hits five 3-pointers in big win
Randy Foye hit five 3-pointers in a big win over the Wolves on Friday, scoring 16 points with on 5-of-8 shooting.
Foye can get hot and it's easy to forget that last year nobody hit more 3-pointers after the All-Start break than Foye. He's ranked just 23rd after the break this year before tonight, but he was on in a much-needed win for Utah.

Randy Foye had 10 points, four rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in 36 minutes on Tuesday.
He played 36 minutes in his last one, and while he hasn't exactly exploded with the heavy run, he is getting opportunity with Alec Burks and Marvin Williams sidelined. Give him a look if you could use a shooting guard.

Sun Apr 7 201322:51Randy Foye very quiet in 36 minutes of action
Randy Foye logged 36 minutes in Sunday's crucial victory, though he ended the game with just eight points on 3-of-11 shooting, zero rebounds, one assist and one steal.
Foye was 2-of-8 from beyond the arc, and even when his shot isn't falling he at least spaces the court for Utah's offense, which has been heavy on pick-and-rolls of late. His teammates also picked him up tonight, as Mo Williams, Gordon Hayward, Jamaal Tinsley and Marvin Williams were a combined 9-of-16 from deep.

Randy Foye added three more 3-pointers on Monday to go with 11 points, three assists and two steals in Monday's 112-102 win over the Blazers.
He hit a whopping eight treys on Sunday and Foye is lighting it up from downtown. He was 3-of-6 from deep tonight and shot 61.5 percent in his previous five games. He's worth owning in leagues that count triples.

Sun Mar 31 201300:45Randy Foye hits eight 3s, scores 26 points
Randy Foye hit a back-breaking 3-pointer with two minutes left in Saturday's 116-107 win over the Nets, finishing with 26 points, two assists, one steal and eight 3-pointers.
He was piping hot and shot 9-of-11 from the field. Foye can bury triples with the best of them and he actually led the league in 3-pointers after the break last season. If your league counts treys, he should be owned with his average of 2.1 triples per game.

Fri Mar 29 201314:46Randy Foye at shootaround, will play Friday
Randy Foye (gastric distress) was at shootaround Friday and will play tonight.
Foye, who played through the ailment Wednesday, and teammate Paul Millsap have each been dealing with an upset stomach. Millsap missed practice Thursday but will play tonight, as well. Foye is beginning to heat up and could be worth picking up in deeper leagues next week given Utah's four games.

Thu Mar 28 201301:39Randy Foye plays well despite illness
Randy Foye played through his "gastric distress" on Wednesday and had 12 points, three rebounds, three assists, two steals and two 3-pointers on 5-of-6 shooting.
He's been hovering around having value all season, but has never really emerged as a guy you want in your fantasy lineup. He's currently hot, scoring 12, 17 and 12 points in each of his last three games with eight 3-pointers during the stretch. With Utah playing four games again next week, he might be getting hot enough to be given a try in deeper leagues.

He doesn't offer much value of his own, but will eat into the minutes of guys like Gordon Hayward tonight.
