Sat Feb 1 201401:12Randy Foye hands out career-high 16 dimes
Randy Foye handed out a career-high 16 dimes against the Raptors on Friday with 10 points, three boards, two steals and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes.
He did turn the ball over eight times -- the second-highest total in his career -- and looked gassed a bit down the stretch. The Nuggets have been playing Foye a lot of minutes lately and it's a little more than he's likely capable of playing on a consistent basis. Obviously, he's going to be launching triples from all over the floor and should be owned in all leagues even when Ty Lawson (shoulder) returns.

Thu Jan 30 201400:01Randy Foye scores season-high 33 points
Randy Foye took on most of the scoring burden in the first unit vs. the Bobcats on Wednesday, scoring a season-high 33 points with three boards, seven assists, two steals and three 3-pointers.
He shot 12-of-21 from the field and he outscored the rest of the starters' 22 points. Of course, Nate Robinson going down in the first quarter had a lot to do with that, but he was filling it up from all over the court tonight. Foye's numbers have been on the rise lately thanks to some stellar 3-point shooting and he's well worth owning in all standard leagues.

Randy Foye made four 3-pointers in Thursday's loss to the Blazers, finishing with 14 points, three boards, five assists and one block in 27 minutes.
He had a bit of an illness and did not play on Sunday. Foye is having a terrific January even before this game, averaging 17.0 points, 3.8 boards, 3.2 assists, 0.7 steals and 3.2 triples on 50.0 percent from the field. He should be owned in all leagues which count 3-pointers.

Mon Jan 20 201411:01Randy Foye (illness) aims to play Thursday
Randy Foye (stomach illness) is confident that he'll be ready to play the Trail Blazers on Thursday.
Foye was terribly ill recently but he had a few IVs and will benefit from Denver's rare three-game break. Evan Fournier played very well at SG in his absence, but Foye should resume starting SG duties vs. Portland.

Sun Jan 19 201419:53Randy Foye (illness) out, Fournier starts
Randy Foye will not play on Sunday due to a stomach illness, and Evan Fournier will start at SG in his absence.
Foye isn't a great defender and his 10.6 points per game are coming on 40.9 percent shooting, but he's still started 36 of the 39 games he's played in this season. The Nuggets don't play again until Thursday, giving him plenty of time to get over his illness.

Sat Jan 18 201401:05Randy Foye still keeping it going on Friday
Randy Foye kept up his offensive output on Friday with 16 points, four assists, one steal and four 3-pointers on 5-of-15 shooting.
He was only 1-of-6 on his shots from inside the arc, but that's not really his game. Foye is tied with fellow Villanova Wildcat Kyle Lowry for the most 3-pointers in January and should be owned in all standard leagues.

Thu Jan 16 201403:04Randy Foye bounces back from Monday dud
Randy Foye, who had 10 points in just 18 minutes on Monday, came through for 21 points, five rebounds, three assists, a steal and four 3-pointers on 8-of-12 shooting in Wednesday's win.
Foye has now hit double digits in scoring in 10 straight games and has hit 11 3-pointers over his last four. He's averaging 19.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.8 steals and a whopping 4.2 3-pointers over his last five. He's as hot as they come right now and is worth using in any fantasy league until this run finally comes to an end.

Tue Jan 14 201402:14Foye cools off with just 10 points in loss
Randy Foye played just 18 minutes before fouling out in Monday's loss to the Jazz, scoring 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting (including a three) with just one rebound and that's it.
Foye has been very hot lately so owners will want to see another game before ruling on his value. Alec Burks rolled right over the top of him tonight.

Sat Jan 11 201423:48Randy Foye scores 18 points w/ three more 3s
Randy Foye stayed hot vs. the Magic, notching 18 points on 5-of-10 shooting with three 3-pointers.
In addition to the fine shooting, Foye added four rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in just 30 minutes of action. Typically a 3-point specialist, Foye has been putting up surprisingly versatile lines in January and he belongs in all fantasy lineups until he cools off. His owners should also be keeping an eye on Andre Miller, as the veteran's absence has helped to stabilize Foye's playing time.

Fri Jan 10 201401:34Randy Foye gets hot, scores 24 points vs. OKC
Randy Foye's jump shot was working on Thursday during a win over the Thunder, shooting 7-of-11 from the field for 24 points with four boards, one assist, one steal and six 3-pointers in 38 minutes.
The Nuggets are on a four-game win streak and it has a lot to do with Foye helping on offense. Over those four games, he averaged 18.5 points, 5.0 boards, 3.0 assists and 4.3 triples. The Nuggets could be without Wilson Chandler (hip) for a little while, so fantasy owners should pick up Foye while he's in another one of his offensive grooves.

Wed Jan 8 201403:00Randy Foye hits seven 3-pointers in win
Randy Foye hit 8-of-17 shots and a season-high seven 3-pointers on his way to 23 points, five rebounds, five assists and a steal in Tuesday's win.
His career best is eight 3-pointers and he's rolling again after being benched recently. Over his last five games he's averaging 15.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 2.2 3-pointers. And with Wilson Chandler suffering a groin injury tonight, as well as the banishment of Andre Miller, it's time to pick him up and see if he can stay hot, as his minutes could even be on the rise.

Mon Jan 6 201400:40Randy Foye scores 14 points with four boards
Randy Foye excelled in the starting lineup again on Sunday with 14 points, four boards, two assists, one steal, one block and two 3-pointers on 6-of-10 shooting.
He certainly capitalized on Andre Miller's leave of absence over his last two games. Foye had 13 points in 34 minutes on Friday, so it should be interesting to see if the Nuggets use Miller even though he probably won't be in high spirits. He is has the potential to be a high-volume 3-point shooter, so he's worth a look in standard leagues.

Sat Jan 4 201402:32Foye continues to be hot as Nuggets win
Randy Foye scored 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting (including two threes) with seven rebounds and four assists as the Nuggets snapped an eight-game losing streak in their 111-108 win over the Grizzlies on Friday.
Foye typically hits a few threes and that's about it for owners, but recently he has been rebounding and assisting though he doesn't have a steal or block in his last four games. All of that adds up to borderline 12-team value and that means he's worth a look, but he's not a must-add player by any stretch. Ty Lawson added 18 points, four rebounds, 12 assists, three steals, one block and a three in the win.

Wed Jan 1 201423:57Randy Foye scores 14 back in starting 5
Randy Foye returned to the starting lineup for the Nuggets on Wednesday and hit 6-of-17 shots (0-for-6 from downtown) for 14 points, four rebounds and six assists in another loss.
Foye was benched for a few games but has not hit double digits in scoring in three straight, and has played 34 and 37 minutes in his last two. If you need a shooting guard with the potential for scoring, hitting threes and big minutes, he's probably available in your league after his recent benching. Jordan Hamilton returned to the bench and scored two points in just four minutes.

Wed Jan 1 201413:54Randy Foye returns to Nuggets starting lineup
Randy Foye will return to Denver's starting lineup on Wednesday, moving Jordan Hamilton back to the bench.
The Nuggets have lost seven straight games and Brian Shaw's latest lineup tweak didn't have the intended effect, so he'll go back to his veteran 3-point specialist. Foye notched 11 points and a season-high seven assists vs. the Heat on Monday, but fantasy owners should be wary of his muted averages and lousy 36.8 percent shooting.

Tue Dec 31 201300:27Foye racks up seven assists in Monday's loss
Randy Foye scored 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting with two rebounds and seven assists in 34 minutes off the bench on Monday.
The fact that Foye would hand out seven assists and take only one 3-point shot (and miss) is backwards, but it represents a step forward from a very slow stretch that sent him to waiver wires. Let's see him build some momentum before recommending a pickup in most formats.

Sun Dec 22 201302:04Randy Foye fails to score in loss to Clips
Randy Foye missed alls even of his shots and failed to score in just 16 minutes on Saturday.
He's the starting shooting guard for the Nuggets and had 14 points and two 3-pointers on Friday, but that is his lone bright spot over his last five games. He scored a total of 10 points in the other four games during that stretch and is probably not worth owning in most leagues. Jordan Hamilton could be ready to challenge him for the starting gig, but Hamilton hit just 1-of-10 shots in 27 minutes off the bench tonight.

Sat Dec 21 201301:19Randy Foye scores 14 points vs. PHX
Randy Foye shot 6-of-14 from the field for 14 points with two boards and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes against the Suns on Friday.
He scored just 4.0 points per game in his four previous outings, so tonight served as a nice bounce-back effort. Foye had scored in double figures in his each of his four games before the aforementioned cold spell and does have 1.7 triples per game to give him some low-end value as a specialist in deeper formats.

Mon Dec 16 201316:26Randy Foye expected to be ready for Tuesday
Randy Foye (ankle) did not practice on Monday due to his twisted ankle from Sunday's game.
The good news is the Nuggets expect him to be ready for Tuesday's game against the Thunder. On the other hand, Foye's minutes have dropped off a little and he played just 15 minutes on Friday, failing to score in that game. Nate Robinson is playing well off the bench and seems like the better player to own. The two cancel each other out a little and neither player is a strong asset in standard leagues.
