Mon Apr 12 201001:26Williams scores 20 points with nine rebounds
Reggie Williams scored 20 points on 6-of-10 shooting (3-of-3 from downtown) with nine rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block in 42 minutes against the Thunder on Sunday.
The Warriors have committed to playing him as the year ends, but it's fairly unlikely that him and fellow D-Leaguer Anthony Tolliver (14 points, 13 rebounds) will hang onto their fantasy value when the injured Warriors return next season. Regardless, the simple fact they had the success they had is compelling.
Sun Apr 11 201001:08Reggie Williams scores 22 pts in GSW loss
Warriors guard Reggie Williams scored 22 points and and grabbed six rebounds in Saturday's loss to the Clippers. He made 8-of-17 FGs with four 3s, two assists, one steal, and zero turnovers in 44 minutes.
Williams continues to justify the Warriors' decision to guarantee his deal for next season. While we'd love to think he can keep up this pace for 82 games, we're confident he won't get the chance. In addition to free agent acquisitions, trades, and crazy Nellie-ball, the Warriors should welcome back a platoon of healthy players -- among them Monta Ellis, Andris Biedrins, Anthony Randolph, Kelenna Azubuike, and Brandan Wright.
Sun Apr 4 201022:12Williams quiet, but still getting 40+ minutes
Reggie Williams had a quiet, but serviceable line in the Warriors' win over the Raptors on Sunday, scoring nine points on 4-of-14 shooting (including a three) with five rebounds and six assists.
The good news here is that he played 41 minutes, and still appears to be a mainstay in Nellie's lineup. As long as he is playing this much he will be dangerous in fantasy leagues.
