Bobcats guard Reggie Williams (knee) could return during Charlotte's four-game road trip this week.
Williams may play vs. the Suns or Celtics at the back-end of the trip. He made a splash with the Warriors, and was a fantasy goldmine late in the 2009-10 season, but we're not expecting a repeat performance with the Bobcats.

The Bobcats officially signed Reggie Williams today, however he will need surgery to repair a torn meniscus that will sideline him for 6-8 weeks.
Williams had a chance to carve out some quality minutes as one of the first players off the bench for the Bobcats this season, but now that he is sidelined for two months, it's probably best to stay away from him in your fantasy drafts.

Wed Dec 14 201118:12Reggie Williams decides to join Bobcats
Reggie Williams has reportedly agreed to a two-year, $5 million deal with the Bobcats.
Of all the potential destinations for Williams, this one is in many ways the most appealing -- at least in terms of opportunity. Williams will likely begin the season backing up Corey Maggette and Gerald Henderson, but could easily find himself in a starting role at some point given Maggette's fragility.

It sounds like the Rockets and Raptors are no longer in contention to land Williams. He has shown the ability to sustain some fantasy value when given the opportunity, but his value will depend where he ultimately signs.

The Warriors officially extended a qualifying offer to Reggie Williams, making him a restricted free agent.
Williams is a nice rotational player off of the bench who has proven capable of stepping into the starting lineup when necessary. He's proven to be a solid fantasy asset in the wake of an injury as well, and the Warriors would be wise to retain him on a reasonable deal.

Reggie Williams started in place of Monta Ellis Wednesday and blew up for 28 points, seven rebounds, five assists and four 3-pointers on 12-of-18 shooting as the Warriors beat the Blazers in their season finale.
Williams was a hot pickup the second Ellis went down, and we're hopeful you got him. Dorell Wright capped off a fantastic season, adding 20 points, five boards, six assists and four 3-pointers, despite hitting just 8-of-21 shots on the night.

Reggie Williams will likely start the Warriors' final two games of the season with Monta Ellis (head) sidelined.
Williams is a well above average offensive player at the NBA level. In seven starts earlier this season, he averaged 16.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.1 treys per game. With tons of stars set to rest over the next three days, all owners should be rostering Williams.

Reggie Williams had just four points in 8.5 minutes during Sunday's win over the Wolves.
