Thu Jun 22 202322:20X-Rays Negative On Luke Raley's Hand
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Luke Raley (hand) was diagnosed with a sore right hand after Thursday's game against the Kansas City Royals. After Thursday's contest, he underwent x-rays on his hand, and the results returned negative. The 28-year-old went 1-for-3 with a run scored. Raley's hand is still sore and will undergo further imaging. He is considered day-to-day. Raley has been wielding a hot ba recently, hitting .421 (8-for-19) with a home run and six runs scored over his last five games. Harold Ramirez and Manuel Margot would see an uptick in at-bats if Raley were to miss any games.

Sat Jun 3 202323:17Luke Raley Day-To-Day
According to Rays manager Kevin Cash, outfielder/designated hitter Luke Raley (ribs) is day-to-day. The 28-year-old has been dealing with pain in the right side of his abdomen, recently costing him both games of Saturday's doubleheader against the Red Sox. As a result, he underwent an MRI and was diagnosed with a mild intercostal muscle strain. Raley has played well this season, hitting .244 with 23 runs, 10 homers, 21 RBI, and seven stolen basis. Fortunately, it appears he could be back in the lineup soon, so fantasy managers will keep their fingers crossed.

Tampa Bay Rays outfielder/designated hitter Luke Raley (abdomen) remains out for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader with Boston. Raley was scratched for Game 1, with manager Kevin Cash reporting that the 28-year-old felt something on the right side of his stomach. Hopefully, this isn't a precursor for something more severe, considering how well he's played. In the meantime, Harold Ramirez, who filled in at DH, may remain in the lineup.

Wed May 31 202309:31Luke Raley Enjoying A Career Year
Tampa Bay Rays first baseman/outfielder Luke Raley went 0-for-3 with a walk in Tuesday's 2-1 loss against the Chicago Cubs. But that isn't a reflection of the year he's had at the plate, as the 28-year-old is breaking out with a .244/.343/.545 slash line with 10 long balls, 23 runs, 21 RBI, and seven steals over 44 games. Raley's transformed into a must-add if he's still available on the waiver wire and should continue contributing power and speed as a member of the Rays starting lineup.

The Tampa Bay Rays acquired outfielder Luke Raley from the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday in exchange for Double-A relief pitcher Tanner Dodson, according to sources. Raley made his major league debut with the Dodgers last year and hit .182/.250/.288 with two home runs and four RBI in 72 plate appearances over 33 games.
