The C's have been looking for someone to fill Tony Allen's shoes, and chose Wafer due to his ability to score off the bench. He recently scored 9.8 points per game in 2008 with the Rockets, but has had trouble passing physicals since then and will need an injury to occur before he becomes fantasy-worthy. |
