Sun Dec 5 201020:03Ajirotutu contributes 44 yards in Week 13
Seyi Ajirotutu was held to two receptions for 44 yards against the Raiders in Week 13.
Ajirotutu picked up extra snaps with Legedu Naanee aggravating his hamstring injury. Though he finished second on the team with eight targets, most of his attempts were in heavy traffic. If Naanee and Vincent Jackson remain out next week, Ajirotutu will get WR3 consideration in deeper leagues.
Mon Nov 29 201000:17Ajirotutu held to on catch
Seyi Ajirotutu was held to one catch for 16 yards in the Week 12 win over the Colts.
After not receiving a single target last week, the undrafted rookie was targeted twice against Indy. Ajirotutu's specialty is running deep routes, and with the defense and running game putting the contest in hand, there was no need to take any shots deep. He can be dropped in fantasy leagues.
Tue Nov 23 201001:50Seyi Ajirotuto posts dud in Week 12 victory
Seyi Ajirotutu did not receive any targets in Monday's Week 11 win over Denver.
Philip Rivers had just 15 passing attempts on the night, as the team took to the run after jumping ahead early. There was no need to go deep after the big lead, making Ajirotutu an afterthought. Given that Vincent Jackson is set to return in Week 12, Ajirotutu can be safely dropped.
Mon Nov 8 201019:27Ajirotutu solidifies roster spot
Chargers coach Norv Turner confirmed that Seyi Ajirotutu has solidified a roster spot for the remainder of the season.
Ajirotutu will struggle for a big role once Vincent Jackson (Roster Exempt) and Malcom Floyd (hamstring) return, but the rookie has led San Diego wideouts in receiving in two straight games. "He obviously will make tough catches, and he obviously can get deep," Turner said. "He is an exciting player . I see him being with us for a long time." The Chargers have a bye in Week 10.

Tue Nov 2 201021:09Ajirotutu headed toward Week 9 start
With Legedu Naanee (hamstring) expected to miss Sunday's game at Houston, Seyi Ajirotutu and Gary Banks will be the Chargers' second and third receivers.
Ajirotutu is shaping up as a possible sleeper option this week for those owners facing severe bye-week crunches. The Texans' secondary allows the second-most fantasy points to opposing receivers, and Ajirotutu is a good bet for 5+ targets in the deep-threat role.

Sun Oct 31 201019:47Seyi Ajirotutu gets three grabs
Seyi Ajirotutu caught three passes for 48 yards in Sunday's win over the Titans.
Ajirotutu acted as the No. 2 receiver with Malcom Floyd, Legedu Naanee and Buster Davis all sidelined. But he was really just the fourth or fifth option on offense. The undrafted rookie isn't on the fantasy radar.
Sun Oct 31 201015:06Seyi Ajirotutu to start for Chargers
Seyi Ajirotutu is expected to start opposite Patrick Crayton in Sunday's game against the Titans.
Ajirotutu is a desperation option for the Chargers with Malcom Floyd, Legedu Naanee and Buster Davis all hurt. The undrafted rookie is not a real fantasy option.

Sat Oct 23 201015:45Ajirotutu added to active roster
Chargers signed Rookie WR Seji Ajirotutu from their practice squad.
The Bolts are hurting for depth with Malcom Floyd and Legedu Naanee out with injuries. Craig Davis is also banged up but expected to play. The undrafted rookie should see some snaps on offense but won't be making an impact anytime soon.
Thu Oct 21 201023:05Rookie Ajirotutu to be promoted?
Rookie WR Seji Ajirotutu is expected to be activated from the practice squad this weekend to take Malcom Floyd's (hamstring) spot on Sunday.
It's an indication that Floyd has no chance of playing this week. Patrick Crayton and Craig Davis will likely start, but Ajirotutu can pitch in by running Floyd's outside routes. Crayton remains the best fantasy bet of the bunch for Week 7.

Fri May 28 201008:49Turner spending time with Ajirotutu
Undrafted free agent WR Seji Ajirotutu is expected to "make a push" for the Chargers roster this summer.
Tulane's Jeremy Williams and Baylor's Ernest Smith are also showing flashes, but it's Ajirotutu that coach Norv Turner is spending the most time with. Ajirotutu (6'3/211) led Fresno State in receptions, yards, and touchdowns last season.
