Fri Nov 25 201100:47Suggs' three sacks lead nine-sack attack
Terrell Suggs racked up three sacks and a forced fumble in Thursday's win over the 49ers.
Ravens DC Chuck Pagano owned Alex Smith, dialing up a ferocious mix of stunts and blitzes that also saw DE Cory Redding (2.5) and NT Haloti Ngata (2) notch multiple sacks. Against an O-Line that had allowed just 21 sacks in 10 games, the Ravens became the first team since 2006 to collect nine sacks while allowing none.

Ravens RE Terrell Suggs racked up 13 tackles, one sack, two quarterback hits and four tackles for a loss in Sunday's win over the Cardinals.
Suggs admitted he had "a little something extra in the tank" for Arizona. The Arizona State product still remembers the Cardinals passing over him with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2003 draft. Suggs gets the Steelers next week after ravaging them for three sacks and two forces fumbles in Week 1.

Mon Sep 12 201113:34Terrell Suggs rips Steelers offense apart
Ravens RE Terrell Suggs ravaged the Steelers' offensive line for five tackles (all solo), three sacks, and two forced fumbles in Week 1.
The sacks moved Suggs past Peter Boulware for the Baltimore franchise record with 71 1/2 in his career. Suggs has 13 1/2 of them against Pittsburgh. Ravens DC Chuck Pagano's game plan was to "constantly keep (Ben) Roethlisberger under siege," and Steelers LT Jonathan Scott was no match for "T-Sizzle."

Fri Apr 22 201109:20Suggs' film to be shown at Cannes Festival
Team Sizzle Worldwide's short film, "When Beautiful People Do Ugly Things," will be shown at next week's Cannes Film Festival.
The short film is produced and co-written by Ravens OLB Terrell Suggs. "It was always something I've wanted to do, since I was a little boy," said Suggs. He started pursuing that dream in 2008 when he injured his shoulder, and he's had even more time this offseason. With Tom Zbikowski also knocking fools out in the ring, there's not a more successful lockout team than the Ravens.

Ravens RE Terrell Suggs is keeping busy during the lockout by devoting more time to his independent film company, Team Sizzle Worldwide.
"I get my little workouts in the morning, and then it's film all day," he said. "It's pretty fun. I love it. I'm definitely trying to build something that's special, like a dynasty that I can pass onto my children." Between boxing, track, pottery and now film, the NFL's players are displaying some impressively diverse interests this offseason.

Ravens OLB Terrell Suggs racked up five sacks in two playoff games this season.
Suggs now has a dozen sacks in 10 career playoff games. The postseason dominance capped off a Pro Bowl-caliber bounce-back season after a disappointing performance in 2009.

Fri Dec 3 201009:13Suggs playing better due to lost weight
Defensive coordinator Greg Mattison attributes Terrell Suggs' improved play this year to losing 20 pounds from last season.
Suggs lays the blame for a disappointing 2009 on a sprained right shoulder sustained in the 2008 AFC Championship game. "I was supposed to have surgery," Suggs said. "But none of y'all know that." Suggs is on pace for 11 sacks this season after falling to 4.5 last year.

Sun Aug 22 201008:51Suggs looking dominant
Terrell Suggs is 20 pounds lighter than he was last season and looked dominant in Saturday's preseason game against the Redskins.
Suggs abused Redskins first-round LT Trent Williams, showing the quickness and speed that makes him one of the game's elite pass-rushers. He's very motivated after last season's debacle and is easily a DL1 in IDP circles.

Thu Aug 12 201010:49Suggs sparkling at camp
Terrell Suggs has "sparkled" at Ravens training camp so far, according to Ryan Mink of the team's official site.
It's important that Suggs is having a big camp after he showed up out of shape a year ago and stumbled out of the gate badly. After having his motivation and work ethic questioned, he's reportedly in fine condition and back to his dominating self. Suggs is a monster bounce-back IDP candidate.

Wed Jul 28 201017:26Terrell Suggs shows up in shape
A year after reporting to training camp at 283 pounds, Ravens DE Terrell Suggs showed up in the mid-260s Wednesday.
The Ravens should breathe a sigh of relief after Suggs, for a second straight offseason, skipped almost all of spring practice. A strong bet for a rebound campaign, we like Suggs to finish as a top-five IDP DL this season.

Wed Jun 30 201008:50Suggs defends missing OTAs
Terrell Suggs defended his decision to skip voluntary minicamps this spring, saying he best prepares for the season by working with a trainer on his own.
Suggs wasn't fully prepared for the season a year ago when he showed up to training camp out of shape, lost playing time because of it, and had a miserable season with just 4.5 sacks. "It's OTAs, we're not winning any games or any Super Bowls in OTAs, so I'd rather just stick to my training and be in top shape come training camp," Suggs said Tuesday. He's going to be in coach Jim Harbaugh's doghouse if he shows up to camp in poor condition this year.

Thu Jun 10 201015:10Harbaugh expects motivated Suggs for camp
Coach John Harbaugh expects to see a "very motivated" Terrell Suggs for training camp after he skipped offseason practices.
"Him not being through the OTAs, we'll just have to see how he comes back to training camp," Harbaugh said. "I can't vouch for anything he's doing or not doing. I think Terrell's got a good heart. I think he's a hard worker. I think he's very motivated to have a great season."

Wed Jun 9 201009:00Suggs hasn't shown up since May
Terrell Suggs has attended only one minicamp all offseason.
Suggs hasn't been seen at Ravens' facilities since mid-May. It's noteworthy because he showed up out of shape for much of last season after signing a six-year, $62.5 million contract in the offseason. He's probably on coach Jim Harbaugh's bad side right now.

Sun May 16 201010:03Suggs participating in offseason minicamp
Terrell Suggs is participating in his first offseason minicamps since 2007.
Considering Suggs came into last season out of shape and lost playing time because of it, this is significant. He recorded just 4.5 sacks after signing a six-year, $62.5M contract before the season. "Hey, it's not expected for me to have a season like that," Suggs said. "Rest assured, it will never happen again."
