Thu Oct 14 201015:20Gage not practicing, Britt expected to start
Justin Gage (hamstring) is not practicing again this week.
Great news for those who picked up Kenny Britt this week or last. With Gage almost certainly out for Monday night, Britt is a borderline WR2/3 against a Jags secondary that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Fri Oct 8 201014:21Justin Gage ruled out
Justin Gage (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 5.
Kenny Britt will start against an inconsistent Dallas pass defense. Britt led the Titans in targets despite coming off the bench in Week 4, so you could do a lot worse as a WR3 in fantasy leagues. His snaps are set to double.

Thu Oct 7 201015:23Gage misses practice again Thursday
Justin Gage (hamstring) missed practice again on Thursday.
Consider him "week to week" at this point. All indications from the Titans suggest that Kenny Britt will start in Gage's place this week at Dallas.

Wed Oct 6 201016:27Justin Gage misses practice
Justin Gage (hamstring) missed Titans practice Wednesday.
Coach Jeff Fisher didn't sound optimistic when discussing Gage's injury earlier in the week. Look for Kenny Britt to draw the start against Dallas.

Mon Oct 4 201017:08Justin Gage out -- Kenny Britt in
Titans coach Jeff Fisher acknowledged Monday that Justin Gage (hamstring) "may miss some time."
It's the best scenario for all parties. The Titans' passing game gets a shot in the arm when Kenny Britt plays extensively, and Britt would become an every-down receiver and WR3 starter if Gage didn't play in the coming weeks. Britt has a TD in back-to-back games. The Titans visit Dallas in Week 5.

Mon Oct 4 201009:28Extent of Gage's injury is unknown
Titans coach Jeff Fisher did not have an update on Justin Gage's hamstring injury after Sunday's game.
The injury was severe enough to sideline Gage for the entire second half, so we suspect it's a pull. Kenny Britt should be picked back up in most formats as he'll be the starter if Gage misses any time.

Sun Oct 3 201013:59Gage exits Sunday's game with hammy injury
Titans WR Justin Gage left Sunday's game against the Broncos with a hamstring injury.
His return is questionable. WR Kenny Britt caught an 8-yard touchdown pass with Gage out, and has the most to gain if Britt misses extended time.
Sun Sep 12 201018:09Justin Gage held without a catch
Justin Gage failed to record a catch in Sunday's season opening win against the Raiders.
He was targeted only once, but keep in mind he was up against Nnamdi Asomugha. Like his counterpart Nate Washington, he needs to be evaluated on a weekly basis. He's a decent WR4, but his value will be sapped if Kenny Britt ever decides to get his at together. He faces off against the Steelers Week 2, so play him at your own risk.
Wed Aug 25 201016:23Justin Gage returns to Titans practice
Justin Gage (thumb) returned to practice on Wednesday.
Gage missed just over a week, including one preseason game, but Kenny Britt was unable to capitalize. Gage will reclaim his starting job opposite Nate Washington.

Wed Aug 25 201009:24Gage may be ready for third preseason game
Coach Jeff Fisher said that Justin Gage (thumb) may be ready to play in the Titans' third preseason game on Saturday.
Kenny Britt had his chance last weekend and he blew it. Gage, who has been out for over a week, will reclaim his starting job once he gets back on the field.

Sun Aug 22 201020:21Justin Gage ruled out for preseason game
Justin Gage (thumb) has been ruled out for the Titans' preseason game Monday night against Arizona.
This should get Kenny Britt into the starting lineup, perhaps for good if he plays well against the Cardinals. A Gage injury similarly vaulted Britt onto the first-team offense last season, and he proved to be clearly the team's best talent at receiver. Gage would be better utilized off the bench.

Fri Aug 20 201010:01Gage dealing with injured thumb
Justin Gage has missed the last few days of practice with an injured thumb.
The thumb is not broken, but Gage admitted that he may have ligament damage. He is wearing a protective device over his right thumb and his status for Monday's second preseason game is unknown. This could be an opening for Kenny Britt to show what he's got.

Tue Jul 27 201015:58Gage, Washington sit atop depth chart
Justin Gage and Nate Washington will enter training camp as the Titans' starting receivers.
Coach Jeff Fisher has an unhealthy mancrush on Gage. He's not without his uses as a big-bodied leaper, but he's better suited for a lesser role. Similarly, Washington is stretched as anything more than a No. 3 receiver. If healthy and committed, Kenny Britt should leapfrog both veterans in preseason action.
