Thu Sep 12 201317:39Andre Roberts upgraded to 'full' Thursday
Cardinals WR Andre Roberts (quad) was upgraded to "full" Thursday after being limited in Wednesday's practice.
He was just getting some rest on Wednesday. Primed for a ton of targets in Bruce Arians' offense, Roberts is on the WR3 radar.

Mon Sep 9 201311:55Andre Roberts a target on third downs
Andre Roberts made four of his eight Week 1 catches on third down.
Carson Palmer has quickly established trust in Roberts, a reliable slot man who hauled in eight of nine targets against the Rams. Given that combined with the Cardinals' use of three-wide sets as their base and a pass-centric scheme, Roberts is well worth an add in standard fantasy formats. He's just not as explosive as teammate Michael Floyd.

Sun Sep 8 201320:15Andre Roberts catches eight passes in loss
Andre Roberts caught eight passes for 97 yards in Arizona's Week 1 loss to the Rams.
Roberts was all over the field in Bruce Arians' coaching debut, hauling in 8-of-9 targets as he did major work over the middle and near the sideline. His nine looks were second only to Larry Fitzgerald's 14, and three more than Michael Floyd drew. Roberts and Floyd could end up alternating big weeks behind Fitzgerald, but Roberts is very much worth an own as a WR4/5 with Arians calling the shots. The Cardinals are going to use a ton of three-receiver sets.

Fri Sep 6 201317:20Andre Roberts limited, but probable
Andre Roberts (quad) was limited in Cardinals practice Friday, but is listed as probable for Week 1 at the Rams.
He'll play in all three-wideout packages at the Edward Jones Dome. Roberts is a "No. 3" receiver in theory, but he'll play as many or nearly as many snaps as "starters" Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd on Opening Day.

Mon Aug 26 201317:25Andre Roberts returns to Cardinals practice
Andre Roberts (quadriceps) returned to Cardinals practice Monday.
Roberts injured the quad in Arizona's third preseason game; the results came back clean. He's locked in as the No. 3 receiver in pass-happy coach Bruce Arians' offense and is worth consideration in the late rounds of fantasy drafts.

Sun Aug 25 201313:30Andre Roberts headed for quad MRI
Andre Roberts is headed for an MRI on his quad.
Roberts sustained the injury during Saturday night's preseason game against the Chargers. The MRI will reveal the severity of the strain. Through three exhibition games, Robert has five catches for 90 yards with one touchdown. He's the slot man and No. 3 receiver in Bruce Arians' offense.

Sun Aug 25 201302:29Roberts hauls in two catches for 42 yards
Andre Roberts caught two passes for 42 yards in Saturday's preseason game.
Roberts worked primarily as a slot receiver with the first-team offense and led the Cardinals in receiving despite seeing just three targets. He continues to have a strong preseason, with five receptions for 90 yards and a touchdown through three games. Roberts is set to make $1.32 million in 2013, the final year of his rookie contract.

Tue Jan 29 201323:58Roberts receives $748,000 bump in '13 salary
Andre Roberts' base salary will be up from $575,000 to $1.323 million in 2013 after he hit escalators in his rookie contract.
Roberts set career-highs in catches (64), yards (759), and touchdowns (five) in 2012, working as the No. 2 receiver behind Larry Fitzgerald. He was used all over the field, but his long-term position looks to be in the slot. Entering the final year of his rookie deal, Roberts could be a candidate for extension this offseason.

Sun Dec 30 201223:57Roberts posts three catches in finale
Andre Roberts caught three passes for 18 yards in Week 17 versus the 49ers.
Roberts, in his third year out of The Citadel, set new career-highs all across the board in 2012. In 15 games, he caught 64 passes for 759 yards and three touchdowns. Roberts will enter the final year of his rookie deal in 2013, and with Early Doucet scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent, Roberts would look good in the slot with Michael Floyd and Larry Fitzgerald on the outside. Arizona needs to find a quarterback first.

Sun Dec 23 201220:53Andre Roberts goes for 44 yards in Week 16
Andre Roberts caught five balls for 44 yards in the Cardinals' Week 16 loss to the Bears.
He was targeted a whopping 12 times combined by Ryan Lindley and Brian Hoyer. Although Roberts showed he's a starting-caliber NFL receiver this season, he's been mostly unable to overcome Arizona's inept quarterback play, especially down the stretch. The Cardinals wrap up the season at San Francisco in Week 17.

Sun Dec 16 201220:08Roberts posts a 3/22/0 line in win
Andre Roberts caught just three passes for 22 yards in Week 15 against the Lions.
Roberts tied for the team-lead with his five targets, but there just wasn't anything to do with the ball after-the-catch. The quarterback play in Arizona has left the receivers on the team for dead in terms of fantasy relevance.

Fri Dec 14 201218:02Andre Roberts probable for Week 15
Andre Roberts (ankle) remained limited in Friday's practice, but is probable for Sunday's game against the Lions.
The Cardinals are just managing Roberts' reps. Roberts was developing into an intriguing WR3 earlier in the season, but Arizona's disastrous quarterback situation has siphoned all his value.

Thu Dec 13 201216:03Andre Roberts still limited on Thursday
Andre Roberts (ankle) remained limited in Thursday's practice.
The Cardinals are just managing Roberts' reps after he returned in Week 14. Although Roberts was coming on strong in the middle of the season, the Ryan Lindley/John Skelton clownshow has wiped out his WR3 value.

Wed Dec 12 201216:22Andre Roberts limited on Wednesday
Andre Roberts (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Roberts missed practice earlier last week after sitting out Week 13, but he managed to suit up on Sunday, catching three passes for 36 yards in the Cardinal's loss to the Seahawks. Roberts will play this week, but he's well off the fantasy radar.

Sun Dec 9 201220:10Andre Roberts catches three balls in blowout
Andre Roberts caught three passes for 36 yards in the Cardinals' Week 14 loss to the Seahawks.
Roberts ankle appeared fine as he played deep into this 58-0 blowout. Of course, the quarterback play was as bad as it can possibly be at the NFL level. Robert is waiver-wire fodder in the fantasy playoffs.

Sun Dec 9 201214:56Andre Roberts, Beanie both active for Cards
Andre Roberts (ankle) and Beanie Wells (knee) are active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
It's Roberts' first game since posting a 9/92/0 line against the Rams in Week 12. He figures to immediately regain the starting gig opposite Larry Fitzgerald, but Michael Floyd projects to see plenty of snaps as well. It's hard to trust anyone in this passing game with John Skelton under center. The Cardinals' inactives: CB Jamell Fleming, QB Kevin Kolb, WR LaRon Byrd, G Senio Kelemete, OL Pat McQuistan, TE Kory Sperry and DL Ronald Talley.

Fri Dec 7 201216:47Andre Roberts questionable for Sunday
Andre Roberts (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 14 against the Seahawks.
Roberts was upgraded to "limited" in Friday's practice after missing Wednesday and Thursday's sessions, so there's a chance he'll suit up after missing Week 13. He'll still be no better than a game-time decision, however. With the Cardinals starting John Skelton and travelling to hostile Seattle, Roberts will be a poor WR3 even if he manages to take the field.

Thu Dec 6 201218:52Andre Roberts held out again on Thursday
Andre Roberts (ankle) missed practice again on Thursday.
Roberts has made no progress this week after sitting out as a game-time decision in Week 13. At this point, we are assuming Roberts will sit out versus the Seahawks on Sunday.

Wed Dec 5 201218:14Andre Roberts still not practicing Wednesday
Andre Roberts (ankle) didn't return to Cardinals practice Wednesday.
Coach Ken Whisenhunt was "hopeful" Roberts would be ready this week after being a game-time call for Sunday's loss to the Jets, but he's not off to a good start. There's still plenty of time for Roberts to be cleared, but owners shouldn't be counting on him as a WR4/5 for the first week of the fantasy playoffs.
