Andre Roberts is expected to open the season as the Cardinals' No. 2 receiver opposite Larry Fitzgerald.

It's a position Roberts held for all of last season, and he managed just 51 catches for 586 yards and two TDs -- poorer production than slot guy Early Doucet. The coaching staff reportedly believes Roberts' underwhelming numbers were due mostly to erratic quarterback play, and not his own set of skills. Either way, don't expect much fantasy value at this position aside from Fitzgerald.

As beat writer Kent Somers notes, the Cardinals are content with filling the job by committee. Roberts is the starter, but there will be certain packages for Early Doucet, Chansi Stuckey and even Stephen Williams. It's a position that is unlikely to sustain consistent fantasy production.
