Tue Oct 14 201417:32Eric Decker: (Hamstring) Limited Tuesday
Decker (hamstring) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, ESPN.com reports.
The 27-year-old made it through Sunday's game against Denver without a setback with the hamstring injury, and it seems he was limited Monday and Tuesday strictly for maintenance purposes, as he is fully expected to play against New England. Decker had a season-high six receptions on 10 targets for 54 yards and a touchdown in Week 6, and he should continue to see frequent looks moving forward, but the Patriots currently rank third against the pass with an average of just 208.5 yards per game given up.

Decker (hamstring) is expected to play in Thursday's game against the Patriots, the New York Daily News reports.
Decker has battled with a hamstring injury throughout this season, but has only missed one game because of the ailment. The Jets' No. 1 wideout returned to catch six passes (on 10 targets) for 54 yards and a touchdown over the weekend, giving him consecutive appearances with a score. Even with this week's quick turnaround before facing the Patriots on Thursday, it appears Decker will be able to suit up.

Decker (hamstring) caught six passes for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to Denver.
Decker didn't scorch the Earth against his former club, but at least he lasted a full day (and took 10 targets). A quick turnaround could be tricky in Week 7, as the Jets play at New England on Thursday.
Sun Oct 12 201411:40Decker (hamstring) active for Sunday's game against Broncos
Decker (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Decker was only able to practice on a limited basis this week, and the Jets offense has been a mess lately, but he is available if you want to take a gamble.

Decker (hamstring) partially participated in Friday's practice but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Denver, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
Coach Rex Ryan said he thinks Decker will be able to play against the Broncos, but admitted he was hoping to see more from Decker in practice. That is not especially encouraging for fantasy owners who have to weigh the upside of Decker against Denver's 23rd-ranked pass defense against the risk of starting a potentially hobbled player who could play a limited snap count. Given New York's recent offensive ineptitude and erratic quarterback play, it might be best to find a healthier replacement even if Decker is active on Sunday.
Thu Oct 9 201414:21Decker (hamstring) practiced in limited fashion Thursday
Decker (hamstring) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Seth Walder of the New York Daily News reports.
Walder adds that coach Rex Ryan thinks that Decker will suit up Sunday against the Broncos, a notion that would be supported by the wideout's continued practice participation on Friday, as well as the absence of any setbacks.
Wed Oct 8 201407:34Decker (hamstring) limited at practice Wednesday
Decker (hamstring) was limited at practice Wednesday, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
Decker starts the practice cycle in the same fashion that he did last week before suffering a setback with his hamstring. His participation Wednesday, in any capacity, nonetheless bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Broncos, his former team.
Sun Oct 5 201415:17Eric Decker: Inactive Sunday
Decker (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Meanwhile, teammate David Nelson is active, with Jeremy Kerley a candidate to be busy in the Jets' passing offense on Sunday, with Decker out.

Decker (hamstring) is a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Chargers, the Star-Ledger reports.
Decker, who is officially listed as questionable for the contest, did not practice either Thursday or Friday after aggravating his balky hamstring. As a result, his Week 5 status is cloudy in advance of Sunday's 4:25 ET kickoff, as is that of fellow wideout David Nelson.
Fri Oct 3 201412:17Decker (hamstring) did not appear to practice on Friday
Decker (hamstring) did not appear to practice on Friday, according to Jane McManus of ESPN.com.
Listed as a non-participant at practice Thursday after his hamstring flared up, Decker's status for Sunday's game against the Chargers now appears cloudy, with an official questionable designation likely on tap for the wideout once the Jets' Week 5 injury report is released.
Thu Oct 2 201414:08Decker pulled from Thursday's practice
After experiencing hamstring tightness, Decker was pulled from Thursday's practice, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
The report notes that coach Rex Ryan remains hopeful that Decker can play Sunday against the Chargers, but it looks like the wideout is now trending toward an official questionable designation come Friday, after Thursday's apparent setback.
Wed Oct 1 201419:32Decker (hamstring) limited at practice Wednesday
Decker (hamstring) was limited at practice Wednesday, ESPN.com reports.
With no reported setbacks Sunday against the Lions, we suspect that Decker's limitations Wednesday were maintenance-related. Decker was the busiest of the Jets' wideouts this past Sunday, playing 51 out of a possible 64 snaps on offense.

Decker (hamstring) had four catches on 10 targets for 48 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Lions.
The preseason talk regarding Decker's fantasy value centered on how well quarterback Geno Smith would be able to get him the ball, and through four weeks it is clear the concerns were accurate. Smith has greatly struggled this season, and especially Sunday, completing 17 passes versus 15 incompletions while turning the ball over three times. Decker does have two touchdowns in his last three games, but he has yet to record more than 75 receiving yards. He's also dealing with a hamstring injury, though he managed 10 targets Sunday. He remains the best receiving option on the team, but until Smith settles down, or Michael Vick takes over under center, Decker will continue to be an inconsistent fantasy option week-to-week.

Decker (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Decker is out there if you need him Sunday, but coach Rex Ryan previously suggested that the wideout's snaps will "probably be limited a little bit" Sunday and ESPN's Rich Cimini suggested that Decker could be a situational player in Week 4. In such a scenario, Jeremy Kerley - who was targeted 11 times in Week 3 - is a candidate to remain busy this weekend, should Decker see less than his usual complement of snaps.

Decker (hamstring) returned to a limited practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions, the Jets' official site reports.
We'll track Decker's status in advance of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff, but per the Star-Ledger, the wideout appears to have a solid shot to suit up Sunday, after being limited to just 12 snaps in Monday's game against the Bears. For his part, coach Rex Ryan noted Friday, "I feel good about him (playing Sunday)...He did more reps today than he did last week (on Friday)." That said, in the event that Decker does play Sunday, Ryan suggested that the wideout's snaps would "probably be limited a little bit."
Fri Sep 26 201411:49Decker (hamstring) took part in drills Friday
Decker (hamstring) took part in drills Friday, Justin Tasch of the New York Daily News reports.
Decker also did drills Thursday but was still listed as a non-participant, so his participation in Friday's practice does not necessarily make him a lock to play Sunday. However, it does help his chances, and the Jets figure to update his status when they release Friday's injury report.

Though Decker (hamstring) was spotted doing some work in positional drills Thursday, ESPN's Rich Cimini notes that the wideout will be listed as a non-participant at practice Thursday.
Per Manish Mehta of the Daily News, coach Rex Ryan is "hopeful" that Decker will play Sunday against the Lions, an optimistic notion that would be made far more plausible if Decker is listed as a practice participant in some capacity on Friday.

Decker (hamstring) participated in positional drills during the media access portion of Thursday's practice, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
Decker wasn't able to finish this past Monday night's game against the Bears and did not practice Wednesday, so his participation, in any capacity, Thursday is a positive indicator with regard to his status for Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff against the Lions. More on Decker's status no later than Friday, when the Jets release their official Week 4 injury report.

Decker (hamstring) sat out the media access portion of Wednesday's practice, ESPN.com reports.
Decker aggravated his hamstring injury in Monday night's loss to the Bears, a game in which he saw just 12 snaps, which clouds the wideout's status for this coming Sunday's game against the Lions at this stage.
Mon Sep 22 201423:07Decker (hamstring) ruled out for rest of Monday's game against B...
Decker (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Monday's game against the Bears, the New York Daily News reports.
Decker will ultimately finish Monday's game with one catch for 19 yards. The Jets' wide receiver entered the contest with an existing hamstring injury that was aggravated during the second quarter against the Bears. Considering it's basically the same injury, Decker will likely be another game-time decision for Sunday's upcoming contest against the Lions.
