Sat Dec 8 201217:31Texans TE Graham questionable for MNF
Texans TE Garrett Graham (concussion) was limited in practice on Saturday and is listed as questionable for Monday night versus the Patriots.
Graham suffered the concussion on a helmet-to-helmet hit in last week's win over the Titans. Aside from his eight-catch, 82-yard, two-touchdown effort against the Jaguars in Week 11, Graham has been a virtual non-factor. He's still tentatively expected to play this week.

Texans TE Garrett Graham exited Sunday's Week 13 game against Tennessee with a possible concussion.

Sun Nov 18 201218:10Graham catches two TDs in overtime win
Texans TE Garrett Graham caught eight passes for 82 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's Week 11 overtime win over Jacksonville.
Graham was targeted heavily on the day with Owen Daniels not playing a full amount of snaps in his return from a hip injury. Both of his scores came from one yard out and five yards out in the fourth quarter to get the game tied and force overtime. Graham shouldn't be a fantasy option moving forward.

Sun Aug 26 201201:17Garrett Graham has 97 yards in preseason game
Texans TE Garrett Graham caught four balls for a game-high 97 yards in Saturday night's preseason game against the Saints.
Through three exhibition appearances, Graham has seven receptions for 141 yards after coach Gary Kubiak talked him up as perhaps the Texans' most improved player so far in 2012. Graham can run down the seam with sure hands, and he could end up splitting production with Owen Daniels over the course of the season.

Tue Aug 14 201216:03Texans TE Graham among most improved
Coach Gary Kubiak has placed TE Garrett Graham atop his short list of the most improved players on the team this summer.
Graham caught a team-high three passes for 44 yards in the preseason opener. "I've been very impressed with his play. He's bigger, stronger, faster ... He's come a long way." The 2010 fourth-rounder will push FB/TE hybrid James Casey for snaps in two-tight end packages.

Mon Apr 16 201218:40Graham lined up for bigger role
Texans TE Garrett Graham is in line for a larger role after the departure of Joel Dreessen.
The Texans ranked sixth in the NFL in two-tight end sets in 2011, so the loss of Dreessen is significant. James Casey is a candidate for an expanded role, as well, but is also the team's primary fullback. A fourth-round pick out of Wisconsin back in 2010, Graham won't be on the fantasy radar unless Owen Daniels goes down with an injury.

Graham has been a healthy scratch throughout the season, and won't play with Owen Daniels healthy.
Sun Sep 19 201015:12Texans declare Week 2 inactives
Texans declared TE Garrett Graham, QB Matt Leinart, CB Antwaun Molden, CB Jamar Wall, OL Kasey Studdard, OL Wade Smith, and DE Adawale Ogunleye inactive for Week 2 at the Redskins.
Owen Daniels (knee) will start as expected, though coach Gary Kubiak plans to limit him to roughly 40 snaps. Dan Orlovsky is handling backup QB duties while Leinart gets up to speed with the offense.
Thu Aug 19 201011:05Kubiak singles out TE Graham for praise
Coach Gary Kubiak pointed to rookie TE Garrett Graham as a player that has stood out in joint practices with the Saints this week.
"I watched (rookie) Garrett (Graham), our young tight end, step up and start to do some things that we think he's capable of doing," said Kubiak. The fourth-rounder is a player to track in Dynasty circles, but he's likely to be fourth on the depth chart heading into the season.

Sun Aug 8 201009:29Daniels mentoring fellow Badger Graham
Owen Daniels has been mentoring fellow TE and Wisconsin alum Garrett Graham.
Said Daniels, "He's working his butt off and staying quiet. I'm helping out as much as I can because it's always great to help out a fellow UW alum." Selflessness aside, it's good to see Daniels taking a leadership role. While Graham has been seeing a lot of reps with Daniels, Joel Dreessen, and Anthony Hill all out with injury, though he will need to make his mark on special teams come game day.

Tue Jul 27 201021:16Texans sign fourth-round TE Garrett Graham
Texans agreed to terms with fourth-round TE Garrett Graham on a multi-year contract.
A reliable blocker and sure-handed receiver, Graham caught 51 passes for 624 yards and 7 TDs at Wisconsin last season. With Owen Daniels, Joel Dreessen, and Anthony Hill sidelined, Graham saw a lot of action with the first-team in OTAs. Once that trio gets back to full health, however, Graham will be stuck with special teams duty.

Sat Apr 24 201011:12Texans grab Wisconsin TE Graham
Texans selected Wisconsin TE Garrett Graham with the No. 118 overall pick in the 2010 draft.
Houston is stockpiling young tight ends with Owen Daniels set to reach free agency in 2011. Though not a great blocker, Graham is a solid receiver with underwhelming size and speed numbers. He posted a 51/624/7 line as a senior but has TE2 upside in the NFL. He'll start out on special teams if he makes the final roster in 2010.
