Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said Monday that Niles Paul and Anthony Armstrong will "take turns" until Santana Moss returns from his broken hand.
Moss is expected to miss 5-7 weeks. Armstrong was the Redskins' starting split end last season and has some vertical tools, having played most of this season as a deep threat/No. 3 receiver. Paul, a rookie out of Nebraska, started Week 7 in a three-wide set and has two catches for 25 yards on the year.

Redskins WR Niles Paul is earning extra playing time thanks to his blocking.
Paul was the No. 155 overall pick this season and goes 6'1/224. "He's probably one of the better blockers I've seen in the game," receivers coach Keenan McCardell said. Paul is yet to record a catch this season.

Redskins signed No. 155 overall pick WR Niles Paul to a four-year contract.
