According to ESPN 1500 Twin Cities, WR Stephen Burton has "stood out" in Vikings OTAs.

Burton has been running with the first-team in Percy Harvin's absence, and has been making the most of his opportunity. A seventh-round pick, Burton was waived at final cuts last season before being re-signed in October. He could push Devin Aromashodu for a roster spot with a strong camp, and may be in the mix on returns.

That's where Michael Jenkins figures to line up in three-wide sets, but Burton will get an opportunity to beat both he and Devin Aromashodu out for a roster spot. "He's had as bad a camp as I can recall seeing from a draft pick," writes Pelissero. Ouch. Burton has the requisite size/speed package at 6'2/224 with legit 4.40 speed, but he's struggled with drops in camp. Burton is plenty raw coming out of West Texas A&M.
