While Foles has yet to be scheduled for a follow-up exam on his collarbone injury, the Philadelphia Inquirer suggests that is likely to occur next week.
At that point, we'll hope to get a clearer picture with regard to Foles' potential return date, but the report suggests that a best-case scenario is that the the QB could be available for the Eagles' Week 16 game against Washington. In any case, for the time being Foles' return is not imminent and Mark Sanchez will continue to start at QB for the Eagles in the meantime.

Coach Chip Kelly said Friday that Foles will have another X-ray in three to four weeks to observe how his broken collarbone is healing, Geoff Mosher of CSN Philadelphia reports. Kelly said the X-ray will give the Eagles a better sense of when Foles might be ready to return.
Initial media reports indicated that Foles would miss six to eight weeks, but the Eagles have not publicly stated any concete timetable or target date for when they expect Foles to return. Kelly wouldn't even commit to Foles as the starter when he eventually returns, saying that he didn't want to deal in hypotheticals. If you haven't already, it's probably time to drop Foles in redraft leagues and better utilize that roster spot.
Mon Nov 3 201417:06Nick Foles: Avoids Surgery
Though Foles will not need surgery to repair his fractured clavicle, the QB is expected to miss 6-8 weeks, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
While Foles has evidently avoided a worst-case scenario, with such an estimated timetable putting a return before the end of the season within range, the QB's extended absence is a big hit to his fantasy owners, who will now need to aggressively seek out a replacement. Mark Sanchez -- who will fill in for Foles as the Eagles' starter -- is thus an obvious priority waiver/FAAB target.
Mon Nov 3 201413:11Foles slated to undergo MRI
Foles, who has a crack in his clavicle, is slated to undergo an MRI, according to coach Chip Kelly.
While it's clear that Foles is going to miss time, a timetable for his potential return has yet to be established, though perhaps his MRI will provide some added clarity on that front, sooner rather than later. While Foles is sidelined, Mark Sanchez is in line to start at QB for the Eagles, beginning next Monday against the Panthers.
Sun Nov 2 201421:56Nick Foles: Suffers Broken Collarbone, Needs Further Testing
Foles was diagnosed with a broken collarbone after Sunday's win over the Texans, and an MRI on Monday will determine the expected length of his absence, CSN Philadelphia's Derrick Gunn reports.
Foles will likely be out for at least the next few weeks, but a broken collarbone won't necessarily sideline him for the rest of the season. It sounds like the Eagles should have a better idea about a timetable by Monday or Tuesday, at which point they'll hopefully relay that information. Mark Sanchez played pretty well during Sunday's win over the Texans, and while the former Jet isn't one of the league's better passers, he could make for a surprisingly strong option over the next few weeks. Foles entered Sunday on pace for 683 pass attempts, which would be the third-most any player has thrown in a season.

Though coach Chip Kelly did not provide a detailed update on the status of Foles (clavicle), it appears as though the quarterback could miss some time, the Star-Ledger reports. "It doesn't look good," Kelly said after Sunday's win over the Texans. "Foles is in a sling."
If Foles is unable to play next Monday against the Panthers, Mark Sanchez would be in line to start at QB for the Eagles, with the more significant concern for Foles owners being the possibility suggested by Jeff_McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer that the QB may have suffered a broken collarbone. Such an outcome has not been confirmed either way, though, so stay tuned for further updates on Foles' status.

The injury that knocked Foles out of Sunday's game against Houston is an issue with his clavicle, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Even though the injury is to Foles' left (non-throwing) shoulder, a broken clavicle would likely result in an extended absence for the Eagles' passer. However, the Eagles have not released the results of the X-rays, so the severity of the clavicle injury remains uncertain. Mark Sanchez replaced Foles on Sunday and would take over as the starter if Foles has to miss any time.
Sun Nov 2 201414:45Nick Foles: Knocked Out with Shoulder Injury
Foles (left shoulder) will not return to Sunday's game against Houston, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane reports.
The Eagles have still not announced the results of Foles' X-rays, but obviously he's dealing with more than just a minor bruise for the team to declare him out. Mark Sanchez will finish this one out for the Eagles, and we'll have plenty more information on the Eagles' quarterback situation once the team releases more information about the severity of the injury. Philadelphia plays next Monday night against Carolina.

Foles suffered an apparent left shoulder injury on the last play of the first quarter Sunday against the Texans, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane reports. Foles was taken to the locker room for X-rays, and his return is questionable.
Foles was hunched over as he walked to the sidelines following the injury. Mark Sanchez is warming up on the sidelines and will take over for Foles on the Eagles' next possession. Stay tuned.

Foles completed 36-of-62 passes for 411 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-20 loss at Arizona. He was not sacked and tossed two interceptions.
In many ways, it was a mixed bag for Foles, as he made a number of big plays with several poor decisions sprinkled in. This was the case on back-to-back plays at one point in the second quarter, when from deep in his own territory, he made an improvisational play, hooking up with Riley Cooper on a sweet 50-yard bomb. On the very next play, however, Foles tossed an interception in the end zone, while throwing the ball of his back foot to a covered player. He later added a gorgeous 54-yard touchdown to Jeremy Maclin, but also had an ugly interception in the fourth quarter. The third-year QB got off to a quick start this season, but he's posted just a 6:7 TD:INT ratio in the last four games. He's more than capable of making big plays in Philadelphia's creative offense, although he needs to do a better job protecting the ball, while avoiding the aforementioned mistakes, some of which can be attributed to poor footwork/mechanics. Next week, he'll face a Texans' secondary that hasn't' been able to defend the pass very well this year.

Foles completed 21-of-34 passes for 248 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 27-0 win over the Giants.
Foles got off to a fast start as the Eagles jumped out to a lead, but he then reverted to the sloppy form that we've seen for much of this season. Both of his interceptions were ugly, though it should also be noted that he made a few excellent throws. That seems to be his M.O. this year, as he's on pace for 4,341 passing yards, 27 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. Foles will hope to be more consistent after the Eagles' Week 7 bye, starting with a Week 8 game in Arizona.

Foles completed 24-of-37 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-28 win over St. Louis. He also committed two turnovers, throwing an interception and losing a fumble.
Foles had a decent first half, but Philadelphia slowed things down with a 20-point lead. That strategy almost backfired, as Austin Davis and the Rams led a furious rally, nearly coming all the way back. He finally got something out of Riley Cooper, as the struggling wideout made a beautiful leaping grab on a nine-yard touchdown right before halftime. The third-year quarterback's play has been a little uneven at times this year, but he's still putting up solid numbers in an unique and productive offense. He'll face the Giants on Sunday Night Football in Week 6.

Foles completed 21-of-43 passes for just 195 yards with a pair of interceptions in Sunday's 26-21 loss at San Francisco.
Foles looked out of sorts from the onset, missing receivers routinely. He nearly led Philadelphia to a comeback win in the final two minutes, but misfired on a couple of throws in the end zone. Philadelphia ended up getting the ball back one last time, after forcing a 49ers punt, but Foles was intercepted on a desperation fourth-down throw. Despite the shaky performance, Foles has been very productive this season, and should bounce back in Week 5, taking on the Rams at home.

Foles completed 27-of-41 passes for 325 yards and three touchdowns Sunday against Washington.
Foles took a huge illegal hit from Washington's Chris Baker in the fourth quarter after an interception and had to be worked on by team trainers for a number of minutes. A fracas broke out after the play and it took the referees quite some time to sort everything out, which gave Foles enough time to shake off the injury and get back on the field without missing a snap. He connected with seven different receivers in the game, throwing touchdowns to Jeremy Maclin and Jordan Matthews (two). He has now thrown for more than 320 yards in three consecutive games, though the Eagles have a tough Week 4 matchup against the 49ers in San Francisco.
Sun Sep 21 201416:06Foles remained in game Sunday
After it appeared he would head to the locker room upon taking an illegal hit from the Redskins' Chris Baker, Foles remained in the game Sunday, CBS Sports' Jason LaCanfora reports.
Because of the extensive time it took for the referees to sort out ejections after several players took part in an on-field brawl, Foles was able to shake off the injury without having to miss any snaps. He'll look to keep the Eagles' offense humming with the game tied against their division rivals, but will do so without one of his key protectors, as tackle Jason Peters was one of the players ejected.
Sun Sep 21 201416:00Nick Foles: Leaves Sunday After Taking Illegal Hit
Foles left Sunday's game against the Redskins in the fourth quarter after he was blindsided by Washington's Chris Baker, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Baker was immediately ejected for a hit that came well after Foles delivered the ball, sending the quarterback into a heap on the ground and inciting a nasty brawl between the two teams. Foles retreated to the locker room with the training staff, and his return should be considered questionable. Mark Sanchez came off the bench to replace Foles, who had landed hard on his shoulder earlier in the game prior to taking the hit from Baker.

Foles completed 21-of-37 passes for 331 yards, with a touchdown and an interception in Monday's 30-27 win over the Colts. He added 22 yards on four carries.
Though the numbers were solid, Foles didn't play well, with his downfield accuracy standing out as shaky. He benefited immensely from the incredible play of Darren Sproles, who took seven receptions for 152 yards, piling up YAC by the dozen. In fact, Foles dinked and dunked his way to the 331 yards, primarily relying on his teammates to gain yards after the catch. His stats look fine, and the team is 2-0, but Foles is playing poorly through two games.

Foles completed 27-of-45 passes for 322 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Jaguars, but he also lost two fumbles and threw one interception.
The Eagles were absolutely horrible in the first half and went into the locker room down 17-0. They then rattled off 34 unanswered points, highlighted by a 68-yard touchdown pass from Foles to Jeremy Maclin to put the Eagles up for good with just under seven minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. The 45 pass attempts were more than Foles had in all but one game last season and were a direct result of falling behind early. While the Eagles are expected to run plenty of pass plays this season, it's unlikely they'll maintain the level from Sunday throughout the season.

Foles completed 19-of-29 passes for 179 yards, with one touchdown and one interception in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.
The interception came on a screen pass after Darren Sproles tripped on one of his own linemen. While far from his best performance, Foles has looked much better in the last two games following a poor outing to open the preseason. The Eagles dealt with some bumps and bruises throughout the preseason, but the offense figures to head into Week 1 close to full strength, barring any practice injuries over the next two-plus weeks. With the exception of suspended right tackle Lane Johnson, the only player in danger of missing Week 1 is backup running back Chris Polk (hamstring), who doesn't figure to see much work while LeSean McCoy (thumb) is healthy.

Foles had a rough night in Friday's preseason opener against the Bears, completing six-of-nine passes for 44 yards, with no touchdowns and two interceptions.
It only took Foles nine preseason pass attempts to match his interception total from the 2013 regular season. We'll choose to look at that as a good thing, although it'll be a bit concerning if he looks this bad in the next two games, given that he only has three-quarters of a season of strong play under his belt. Foles has everything in place to succeed without DeSean Jackson this season, as Jeremy Maclin is back, Darren Sproles has been acquired, and Zach Ertz is no longer a rookie. Just as important as the targets Foles will throw to, the Eagles still have Chip Kelly, an excellent offensive line, and of course, LeSean McCoy.
