Pinch-hitter Donnie Murphy hit a walkoff homer off Huston Street in the bottom of the ninth to give the Marlins a 9-8 win over the Rockies on Monday. |
Murphy, back in the majors for the first time since 2008, when he was a teammate of Street's in Oakland, hit the homer in his fourth at-bat as a member of the Marlins. He's yet to get a start in 16 days since his callup, but maybe this will earn him one. |
