Mon Jan 27 201422:36Ronny Turiaf blocks three shots, scores 14
Ronny Turiaf filled in for the injured Nikola Pekovic (Achilles) on Monday with 14 points, seven boards and three blocks in 32 minutes.
Pek went down with soreness in his Achilles in the first quarter and there's a good chance he's going to miss time with the injury. Turiaf has been capable of blocking a lot of shots and there isn't much competition behind him with Gorgui Dieng still very raw, so he's worth a look in standard leagues or for anyone needing more blocks.

Mon Jan 6 201422:04Ronny Turiaf gets 23 minutes in return
Ronny Turiaf returned from a fractured elbow in Monday's victory over the Sixers with no points, nine boards, one assists and two blocks.
He went down in the second game of the season and the Wolves have to be happy to get his hustle back in the lineup. Turiaf is going to have a tough time holding value and he's probably not going to play more than 20 minutes in close games, so fantasy owners can leave him on the wire in almost all leagues.

Mon Dec 30 201312:34Turiaf (elbow) takes contact during scrimmage
Ronny Turiaf (elbow) went through a full-contact 3-on-3 scrimmage after shootaround on Monday.
The Wolves block the fewest shots of any team in the league and they can use a big man like Turiaf, as Rick Adelman has proven reluctant to deploy rookie C Gorgui Dieng. Other than offering the occasional block and a few rebounds, Turiaf has zero fantasy appeal.

Ronny Turiaf (elbow) is reportedly feeling better and will be re-evaluated at the end of the month.
A contact of Turiaf reported that the nine-year veteran is feeling better and disclosed the re-evaluation at the end of the month. While he's a great comeback story, Turiaf's days of providing fantasy value seem to be in the rear-view mirror, so fantasy owners can feel free to look the other way here.

Ronny Turiaf (elbow) was working out with team trainers on Wednesday.
He had a light wrap around his broken elbow and he's still unlikely to return for a while. The Wolves haven't really been giving any extra minutes to their young bench outside of Dante Cunningham coming in and shifting Kevin Love to center while Nikola Pekovic gets his rest.

Fri Nov 1 201321:23Ronny Turiaf doubtful to return from elbow
Ronny Turiaf is doubtful to return to Friday's game due to a right elbow contusion.
He took a really bad fall and the team may re-evaluate him based on all his elbow issues in his career. Turiaf was just a backup to Nikola Pekovic and didn't have much value to begin with. Gorgui Dieng will move up the depth chart while Turiaf is out.

Sat Jul 6 201322:29Clips interested in retaining Turiaf, Hollins
The Clippers remain "interested" in re-signing Ronny Turiaf and Ryan Hollins.
L.A.'s roster is filling out nicely, but DeAndre Jordan is currently the only center on the team. Turiaf and Hollins represent the sort of affordable veteran backups that L.A. must target now that their mid-level-exception has been exhausted, with the added bonus that they're already familiar with the team.

Mon Dec 31 201201:30Turiaf plays through elbow injury
Ronny Turiaf (elbow) finished Sunday's win, the Clippers' 17th straight, with three points and five rebounds.
Turiaf's elbow injury flew under our radar, but he said before the game that it's "messed up." This is the first time we've blurbed him since he signed with the Clippers, a fair indication of his lack of value.
