Sat Mar 24 201201:20Turiaf makes his Heat debut vs. Pistons
Ronny Turiaf made his Heat debut on Friday, scoring four points on 2-of-2 shooting with four rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 11 minutes off the bench.
Turiaf needs to prove his value in Miami before owners should go seeking it out. The injury prone player certainly fulfills a need for the Heat, but he needs to withstand 20-25 minutes per game before he'll carry any real value.

Fri Mar 23 201218:41Ronny Turiaf may make Heat debut Friday
Ronny Turiaf will be in uniform Friday for the Heat when they take on the Pistons.
It's unclear if Turiaf will make his official debut for the Heat on Friday night, but he will be available. Turiaf will obviously be worked very slowly into the Heat's front court rotation so he is not worth a look in fantasy circles at this time.

Fri Mar 23 201207:07Ronny Turiaf not in game shape quite yet
Erik Spoelstra said Ronny Turiaf is "not in game shape," but he has kept himself in good shape.
There is no timetable for Turiaf to make his Miami debut, as the big man will continue to practice with the team before eventually debuting. He won't have fantasy value even when he does make it on the court.

Ronny Turiaf practiced on Thursday but there is "no timetable" for his Heat debut.
Turiaf will serve as a reserve at both power forward and center for Miami, but he's got very little chance of establishing any sort of consistent fantasy value for owners.

Wed Mar 21 201213:25Ronny Turiaf, Miami Heat finalizing contract
Ronny Turiaf is finalizing a contract with the Miami Heat, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.
An expected move, as the Heat and Celtics were thought to be the two teams in contention and Turiaf was thought to be making a decision by Wednesday. He won't have any real fantasy value in Miami, but he does fit a huge need for another big man off the bench and should help the Heat.

Tue Mar 20 201207:42Report: Celtics, Heat in lead for Turiaf
The Celtics and Heat are in the lead to sign Ronny Turiaf, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.
Both teams desperately need to add a big man, and Turiaf is expected to make his decision by Wednesday. He's highly unlikely to accrue any fantasy value with either team, but he'd have a larger role in Boston where the Celtics have lost Jermaine O'Neal (wrist) and Chris Wilcox (heart) for the season.

Thu Mar 15 201223:02Turiaf to be waived to make room for Chandler
Recently acquired Ronny Turiaf will be waived to make room for Wilson Chandler according to multiple reports released on Thursday.
As long as Turiaf's hand is in good shape then he has a pretty good chance of picking up somewhere else. Boston and Miami are two locations that come to mind off the top of our heads.

Thu Mar 15 201216:10Ronny Turiaf goes to Denver as filler
The Nuggets acquired Ronny Turiaf (hand, day-to-day) as part of a three-team trade Thursday.
Turiaf is just filler to make the contracts work. He hasn't played since Jan. 1 and won't threaten the likes of Kenneth Faried or even Kosta Koufos in Denver.

Mon Mar 12 201220:25Turiaf (hand) to return sometime on road trip
Coach Randy Whitman said that Ronny Turiaf will return to action at some point during the team's current road trip.
This rules him out for Monday's game and puts him back into action anywhere between Tuesday and next Wednesday. A role greater than 20 minutes per game is highly unlikely, and that assumes he cracks the rotation.

Ronny Turiaf is expected to miss five to six weeks due to a broken left hand.
He'll see a hand specialist soon and this should mean even more run for starters JaVale McGee and Andray Blatche. Additionally, reserves Kevin Seraphin, Trevor Booker and Hamady N'diaye will all see some extra minutes. However, that doesn't mean any of them are worth a pick up at this time.

Ronny Turiaf played five minutes in his Wizards debut on Friday.
This was an ugly game for the Wizards, but at least we know Turiaf's injured hand is healthy enough for him to play. We're taking him off the injury report, but that doesn't mean he'll have fantasy value.
