F Jon Leuer returned to FedExForum, where he played for the Grizzlies from 2013-15. Leuer made his fourth start of the season for Phoenix in a 109-106 loss at Washington on Friday, scoring 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting while surpassing the 1,000-point mark for his career. He finished with 10 points Sunday.

F Jon Leuer contributed 10 points and 11 rebounds off the bench for the Suns in a win over the Clippers.

Leuer's team option for the 2015-16 season will be exercised by the Suns, the Arizona Republic reports.

The Suns have until Tuesday to make a decision, but sitting at just a shade over $1 million, Leuer's option is of negligible impact to the team's bottom line. He has yet to show much to warrant a regular NBA role, earning 186 appearances in his four professional campaigns. However, he can fill in adequately when called upon, as evidenced by averages of 4.5 points (on 44 percent shooting) and 3.3 rebounds in 13 minutes across 63 contests for the Grizzlies last season.

Leuer has been traded to the Suns in exchange for Andrew Harrison, Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Leuer will likely remain a reserve in Phoenix, similar to his role in Memphis and will only be useful n deeper fantasy leagues. He averaged 4.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in 13 minutes last season.

Leuer averaged 4.5 points (44.3 FG, 24.1 3Pt, 62.7 FT), 3.3 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.1 blocks in 13 minutes per game during 63 games in 2014-15.

In the postseason Leuer averaged only 1.0 point (50.0 FG, 0.0 3Pt, 0.0 FT) and 1.3 rebounds in two minutes per game while appearing in four games. Post All-Star break Leuer's minutes were nearly cut in half as he saw just eight per game compared to nearly 15 before the All-Star break. Leuer lost those minutes to fellow backup power forward JaMychal Green, who was signed in early March and has a partially guaranteed contract for 2015-16. Leuer's $1.0 million contract is non-guaranteed in 2015-16 but becomes fully guaranteed if he's not waived on or before June 30.

Leuer recorded one rebound in one minute during the Grizzlies' 100-86 win on Sunday.

Leuer got little time despite the Grizzlies' large second half lead Sunday, and seems unlikely to earn many minutes in coach Dave Joerger's tight playoff rotation.

Leuer (back) grabbed one rebound in three minutes Monday against the Knicks.

Leuer has played a total of nine minutes in his last two games and while he provides the Grizzlies with depth off the bench, he doesn't warrant much fantasy consideration.

Leuer (back) has been sidelined for the past four games without an update on his status from Memphis.

Leuer should be considered doubtful moving forward until the Grizzlies shed some light on his situation. At this point in the season, it's safe to look for other options with Leuer's status in limbo.

Leuer (back) did not play in the Grizzlies' last two games, and there has been no update on his status for Tuesday's game against the Pistons.

Leuer should be considered highly doubtful. He's sat out six of the last seven games. Until he's healthy and getting regular run, Leuer isn't worth rostering in standard leagues.

Leuer is dealing with a lower back contusion and is considered questionable for Saturday's game against the Bucks, Rob Fischer of WHBQ-87.7FM reports.

Further news on the status of Leuer should be released sometime after Saturday's morning shootaround. If he's unable to play, Kosta Koufos may see added minutes against the Bucks.

Leuer has averaged 3.7 points (42.6 FG, 33.3 3Pt, 58.3 FT), 2.8 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.1 blocks in 11 minutes per game during 13 games since Jeff Green made his Grizzlies debut on Jan. 14 versus the Nets.

After sitting out three of the first four games following Jeff Green's entry into the lineup Leuer has at least managed to get on the floor in every game since. Still, the 11 minutes per game he's played over the last month is five fewer than he was seeing prior to Green's arrival.

Leuer sat out both games of the Grizzlies' back-to-back set versus the Magic and Blazers this weekend.

Before the Grizzlies acquired Jeff Green, coach Dave Joerger was already hinting that he wasn't happy with what Leuer was providing at power forward for the Grizzlies, going so far as to say that when Zach Randolph was hurt Tayshaun Prince was their best remaining power forward. It's obvious that the addition of Green, who can play the three and the four, is a detriment to Leuer's value in fantasy, and his value was already minimal at best before Green's arrival.

Leuer scored three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 FT) to go along with seven rebounds and three assists in 15 minutes Monday against the Knicks.

Leuer moved to the bench Monday as he hasn't produced in place of Zach Randolph (knee). Whether he starts or comes off the bench, Leuer doesn't carry significant fantasy value.

Leuer will start at power forward Saturday against the Nuggets.

Leuer will start for the second straight night with Zach Randolph (knee) sidelined again. Leuer tallied six points and five rebounds in 16 minutes as the starting power forward in Friday's game.

Leuer started against Rockets Friday. He scored four points (2-3 FG), grabbed three rebounds, and played 16 minutes.

The Grizzlies have yet to settle upon a fill in for the injured Zach Randolf (knee). As such, though Leuer took the starting spot that had been Kosta Koufos' only four days early, neither played more than 16 minutes. Unless he starts to play more minutes, Leuer can be ignored in all but the deepest of leagues.

Leuer scored 16 points (7-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with seven rebounds as a starter for Zach Randolph (knee) in Sunday's loss to the Cavaliers. He played 30 minutes.

Leuer has five double-digit scoring games this season, but they are spread out throughout his 25 games. He could be a decent-scoring add if he gets consistent playing time.

Leuer didn't start the game, but he was still able to come up in a big way on Sunday. He finished with 20 points (7-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two steals, one assist, and one block in 24 minutes.

This was the highest rebounding and scoring total for Leuer this season, who has been picking up more minutes off the bench. Nights like this shouldn't be expected from the big man, but if anyone on Memphis' front court were to get injured he would be in line for an expanded role that could offer outputs like tonight.

Leuer (illness) went off for 19 points (9-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block in 22 minutes during the Grizzlies' 117-100 win versus the Celtics on Friday.

This was easily Leuer's best showing of the season, and if he can provide this type of offensive punch he could potentially earn some more playing time. Still, unless Marc Gasol or Zach Randolph were to suffer an injury he's unlikely to play heavy minutes.

Leuer (illness) is considered questionable for Friday's game against the Celtics, Rob Fischer of Sports 56 WHBQ in Memphis reports.

Leuer was one of five Grizzlies to miss Wednesday's game with a stomach virus. Memphis did not hold practice Thursday, so an update on his status likely won't come until prior to game-time Friday. If Leuer doesn't play, rookie Jarnell Stokes, who played nine minutes Wednesday, could again see some time off the bench.
