Rest wasn't exactly in Phoenix Suns small forward Mikal Bridges' vocabulary during Sunday's win over Sacramento. Bridges utilized overtime to hit the 50-minute threshold for the first time in his career, tying his season high with 27 points on 9-for-18 shooting in that span. Bridges is the rare player to have appeared in every contest for his team this season, as he is on pace for a new career best in scoring at 14.1 PPG. His steals (1.2 per contest) and field-goal percentage (52.8%) give added boost to his season-long viability. Phoenix Suns small forward Mikal Bridges led the team in scoring Tuesday night against the Pelicans, shooting 9-for-15 from the field en route to 22 points in 42 minutes. He nailed two triples with four attempts and added a pair of points at the charity stripe with perfect shooting. Sadly, Bridges couldn't get much else done, recording only one rebound and one assist. Phoenix Suns forward Mikal Bridges produced well on both ends of the floor in Friday's win over the Lakers. Bridges scored 21 points with five rebounds, three assists, three steals, two triples, and a block in 35 minutes. It looks like there is even more room for Bridges to grow following his excellent campaign last year.
