Hall (toe) is out for Sunday's game in Atlanta.

Hall suffered a Grade 2 tear in his right toe during Thursday's loss to the Giants, the Washington Post's Master Tesfatsion reports.
Hall is expected to miss at least three-to-four weeks, and he could be out for quite a bit longer if he needs surgery. Already shaky in the defensive backfield, the Redskins will likely turn to Bashaud Breeland as the starter across from Chris Culliver, with Will Blackmon or Justin Rogers serving as the nickelback.

Hall (ribs) left Thursday's game against the Giants in the third quarter with a right toe injury, ESPN's Dan Graziano reports.
Hall tore his left Achilles twice last season, but he made a full recovery in time for training camp. Although he couldn't put any weight on his right foot while walking off the field, the initial diagnosis suggests he avoided another Achilles tear. Hall is questionable to return.
Sun Sep 20 201512:29Hall (ribs) active for Sunday's game against Rams
Hall (ribs) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Hall's availability was never in much peril after he was able to log full practices Thursday and Friday. He's expected to match up primarily against Kenny Britt in Sunday's game.
Fri Sep 18 201521:20Hall (ribs) probable for Sunday's game against Rams
Hall (ribs) is probable for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Hall logged full practices Thursday and Friday, following Wednesday's limited showing. For a 31-year-old who tore his Achilles' tendon twice last season, Hall held up quite well against a talented Miami receiving corps in Week 1. He'll draw an easier matchup this week, facing a Rams team that will likely start Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt. It's not a good matchup for IDP production, but Hall did put himself back on the radar with an eight-tackle showing in Week 1.
Thu Sep 17 201519:10Hall (rib) full practice participant Thursday
Hall (rib) was a full practice participant Thursday.
After a limited showing in practice Wednesday in order to rest a sore rib, Hall was able to take on a full array of drills Thursday. As one of Washington's top cornerbacks, he'll attempt to add to his tally of eight tackles (six solo) from the regular season opener in Week 2 against the Rams.
Wed Sep 16 201513:50Hall limited at Wednesday's practice due to sore rib
Hall was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a sore rib, Mike Jones of the Washington Post reports.
Hall racked up eight tackles (six solo) and a pass defended Sunday against the Dolphins, marking his first appearance since tearing his Achilles twice in the span of six weeks last fall. Meanwhile, because his rib is merely experiencing discomfort at the moment, he doesn't appear in danger of sitting out in Week 2, which should be substantiated on Friday's injury report.

Hall totaled eight tackles (six solo) in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Dolphins.
Hall had an active afternoon, with Jarvis Landry and Rishard Matthews keeping him busy, particularly in the second half. The twelve-year veteran scuffled with knee and toe injuries in the summer and will be counted on to rebound from a 2014 campaign in which he only managed to get on the field for three games.
Mon Aug 24 201510:23Hall (toe) back on practice field Sunday for individual drills
Hall (toe) was back on the practice field Sunday for individual drills, the Washington Post reports.
Hall has battled groin and toe injuries in came. He is also recovering from a twice torn Achilles' tendon. The team will be cautious with Hall hoping he's 100% healthy for the regular season.
Mon Aug 17 201513:28Hall's X-rays on sprained right toe returned negative
Hall's X-rays on his sprained right toe returned negative, the Washington Post reports.
Hall, who ruptured his Achilles twice last season and dealt with a groin issue earlier in training camp, is hopeful that he can overcome his latest toe ailment and feature in Thursday's next preseason game. While Hall is fortunate that his toe X-rays didn't reveal any further damage, it's still concerning that the 31-year-old keeps compiling injuries.
Mon Aug 17 201509:38Hall sprained toe Sunday and had to leave practice
Hall sprained his toe Sunday and had to leave practice, the Washington Post reports.
Hall had just returned from a groin injury. He was able to walk off gingerly so he may only miss a little bit of practice time.

Hall (groin) hopes to return to practice Monday and be ready to play in Thursday's opening preseason contest, the Washington Post reports.
Hall strained his left groin and knee during the Redskins' joint practice with the Texans last week. Following a four day rest period, the 12-year veteran expects to practice again Monday, which could give him enough time to prepare for Thursday's exhibition game against the Browns.

Hall left Thursday's practice and did not return after tweaking his groin muscle and left knee, CSN Washington reports.
Hall will be further evaluated, but it doesn't appear to be serious. "I don't feel it's anything too major, but it definitely hurt enough for me to have to limp off," Hall said Thursday. The injury comes as a bit of a scare for the 31-year-old, who ruptured his Achilles twice in 2014.
Tue Jul 7 201517:34Hall (Achilles) may be ready for start of training camp on July ...
Hall (Achilles) may be ready for the start of training camp on July 30, CSN Washington reports. "I hope I'm ready to go the first day," he said Tuesday. "When I say wean me back in, I know they are going to monitor me. I know they are not going to just throw me out there and [have me] take all the reps with the [first team]. I'm just going to get out there and see how the body feels."
Hall ruptured his Achilles twice last fall, ending his 11th professional season after three games with 16 tackles (12 solo), one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery on the ledger. While he was held out of all offseason practices, he recently increased the intensity of his workouts with the aim of participation at the start of training camp. As intimated by the cornerback, though, the coaching and training staffs are apt to take a cautious approach with the 31-year-old.
Fri Oct 31 201409:56Hall
Hall, who underwent season-ending surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles in September, tore the tendon again earlier this week and will undergo another procedure, NFL.com's Kevin Patra reports.
Since the same injury occurred only one month after surgery, Hall should still be ready to go by training camp of next season, but the setback is obviously not ideal, especially for a player over 30 whose speed and lateral quickness only figures to decline from here. Hall is signed with the Redskins through 2017, but if he fails to impress in training camp coming off the major injury, the team could cut him and save themselves $2.375 million.
Mon Sep 22 201417:56Hall placed on IR
Hall was placed on IR, officially ending his season, Fox News reports.
Hall was likely to miss the rest of the season after rupturing his Achilles' in Sunday's game against the Eagles, but this confirms his absence for the remainder of the season.

Hall is likely to miss the rest of the season after rupturing his Achilles tendon in Sunday's game against the Eagles, WUSA 9 reports.
Hall has only missed three games in his seven year career, but he will miss an extended period of time with this injury. Hall will be replaced by Bashaud Breeland, who totaled 3 tackles in the loss to the Eagles. The Redskins are stretched very thin in the secondary with the loss of Hall and Duke Ihenacho, who will miss several weeks after fracturing his heel bone in Sunday's game.
Sun Sep 21 201417:03Hall said he tore Achilles in Sunday's loss to Eagles
Hall said he tore his Achilles in Sunday's loss to the Eagles, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
The severe foot injury could spell an end to Hall's season, dealing a blow to a suspect Washington secondary. On an encouraging note, his replacement, Bashaud Breeland played respectably in Hall's stead Sunday, accruing three tackles and nearly reeling in an interception before officials ruled he never had possession. Breeland will likely be plugged into Hall's starting role and may not represent a significant downgrade.
Sun Sep 21 201415:18Hall left Sunday's game against Eagles with Achilles injury and ...
Hall left Sunday's game against the Eagles with an Achilles injury and will not return, Mike Jones of the Washington Post reports. He recorded five tackles and recovered a fumble before departing.
Hall looked to be in significant pain after exiting, and given the nature of Achilles injuries, there's a decent chance a long absence could be in store for Hall. The secondary isn't exactly a strength for Washington to begin with, so if their top corner were to miss multiple games, it could spell trouble.
Wed Sep 3 201421:46Hall (back) wasn't listed on Washington's injury report Wednesda...
Hall (back) wasn't listed on Washington's injury report Wednesday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Hall hurt his back in an Aug. 11 practice, but in three preseason contests, including two after the injury, he recorded five tackles (three solo), before getting the veteran free pass in last week's finale. In his 11-year career, the cornerback has picked off at least four passes in seven different campaigns, while recording 11 fumble recoveries and nine forced fumbles.
