Browns WR Rod Windsor has signed with the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League. |
Windsor signed a reserve/future contract with Cleveland in January, but those deals are invalid as long as the lockout lasts. The 26-year-old played in the AFL last season, earning Rookie of the Year honors with 47 receiving TDs. |
