Eagles second-year CB Curtis Marsh worked in Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie's left corner spot with DRC missing Monday's OTA practice.
Rodgers-Cromartie missed for personal reasons. Marsh, the 90th overall pick in last year's draft, reportedly made several nice plays in coverage and it appears he'd be first in line to start if DRC missed any regular season time.

Tue Aug 9 201122:13Rookie CB Marsh impressing in camp
Eagles rookie CB Curtis Marsh has looked nothing like a developmental project early in training camp.
The Eagles weren't expecting much out Marsh this year, but the reports out of camp have been overwhelmingly positive. Drawing comparisons to former Eagles corner Bobby Taylor, Marsh is "tall, rangy, athletic and very smart." He won't be any higher than fourth on a stacked depth chart.

Wed Jul 27 201116:30Eagles sign rookie CB Curtis Marsh
Eagles signed No. 88 overall pick Curtis Marsh to a four-year contract.
Marsh is expected to face an elongated transition period after playing only two years of cornerback at small-school Utah State, but the Eagles view him as a potential starter down the road. Unless Marsh shows capable of contributing on special teams in his rookie season, he'll risk being a game-day inactive.

Wed Jun 29 201120:12Curtis Marsh won't make an immediate impact
The Eagles don't expect No. 90 overall pick Curtis Marsh to compete for a starting job until his third season.
Marsh certainly has a starter-caliber skill set, but the former college running back will take time to develop after playing just two seasons of corner at Utah State. He could be the eventual replacement for Asante Samuel, who will be 32 years old and owed a whopping $10.4 million by Marsh's third season.
