Sherman saw just ten offensive snaps in Thursday's game against the Broncos.
Sherman saw a dramatic drop in snaps from 25 in Week 1 to 10 in Week 2. Given the lack of production out of the fullback spot, it shouldn't have too much impact on his fantasy value, but it could be an indicator that the Chiefs plan to move in a different direction offensively.

Wed May 1 201312:11Cardinals trade FB Anthony Sherman to Chiefs
Chiefs acquired FB Anthony Sherman from the Chiefs.
New Cards head coach Bruce Arians has no room for plodding fullbacks in his aggressive, vertical offense. So Sherman heads to Andy Reid's West Coast scheme as Jamaal Charles' lead blocker. The 2011 fifth-rounder graded out 20th among 25 qualifying fullbacks in Pro Football Focus' rankings last season.

Wed Mar 27 201309:52Arians: I'm not a fullback guy
New coach Bruce Arians said he's "not a fullback guy."
"If you are a defensive coordinator and I send a fullback in and take out a tight end, I will get your best call for that," Arians said. "If I have two tight ends, and you don't know if one will play fullback or one could split out wide, you're going to give me a down-and-distance (defensive) call." That's bad news for Anthony Sherman, Cardinals' lead blocker for the last two seasons.
