Harvey (6-foot, 264) has appeared in 25 games as a backup linebacker and special teamer the past two seasons. OC Pep Hamilton described Harvey as "probably pound-for-pound one of the most physical guys on our football team." He'll compete with Stanley Havili, who played 336 offensive snaps last season, but graded out as a bottom-five lead blocker at Pro Football Focus. |
