It's likely just a case of the Bears updating their emergency list. Brandon Marshall (hip) says he's not 100 percent and Earl Bennett could end up cut or traded. Fayson is former undrafted free agent out of Illinois that spent 2011 on the Colts' practice squad. | ||||||

Saints signed WRs Jarred Fayson and Andy Tanner, CB Ryan Steed, OG Ryan Lee, and DE Braylon Broughton to reserve/future contracts. | ||||||
Fayson, an undrafted rookie out of Illinois in 2011, spent the second half of the 2012 season split between the New England and New Orleans practice squads. Steed, out of Furman, was a former small-school favorite of NFL Films guru Greg Cosell's prior to last April's draft, but he ran slow 40 times and went undrafted. Lee spent much of the regular season on the Pittsburgh practice squad. All five will fight for roster spots this upcoming summer. | ||||||
